Breitbart: Exclusive -- Kevin McCarthy: Our Effective GOP Majority Has Been 'Proven to the American Public'
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) has stated that the Republican majority has been effective in the months that they have held the House, listing the party's achievements including securing the border, energy independence, passing a parents' bill of rights, and stopping the hiring of new IRS agents. He reassured Breitbart News that the Journalism Competition and Preservation Act (JCPA), which would empower establishment media companies, is "dead in the House." McCarthy stated that he will continue to focus on a victory for the American public and will not give up, despite the Democrats trying to revive the JCPA via the Senate Judiciary Committee.
The Epoch Times: NTD News Today (June 12): Trump Heads to Miami for Arraignment; Nude Female Spa Must Admit Biological Men, Judge Rules
Former President Trump faces a Tuesday arraignment related to classified documents handling. George Soros is handing his empire over to his son; Alexander Soros will take over Open Society Foundations and the $25-billion empire. (, )
PJ Media: Mark Levin: Biden Admin Wants Trump to 'Die in Prison'
Mark Levin criticized the Department of Justice's prosecution of Donald Trump and the indictment, saying that it is count stacking. He argued that the tactics being used against Trump are comparable to Joseph Stalin's playbook. Levin believed that the indictment was written for a Democrat jury, criticizing the prosecutor's aggressive and out-of-control behavior in the case. He also noted that crucial things, like obstruction and false statements, are missing from the indictment.
Washington Free Beacon: Pro-Abortion Group Pledges ‘Tens of Millions’ To ‘Remind’ Americans They Like Kamala Harris
EMILY's List announces plans to spend "tens of millions of dollars" to boost the image of Vice President Kamala Harris, whose approval rating is currently at 36%. The political group is still determining the specifics of the investment but aims to "remind" voters of who Harris is and push back against "massive misinformation and disinformation" directed towards her. The investment highlights the vulnerability of the Biden campaign due to Harris's poor favorability and the growing recognition that she may play an outsized role in the upcoming tough election.
National Review: Trump’s Rivals Must Make the Case against Him If They Want to Change Voters’ Minds
A CBS News/YouGov poll revealed that 76% of GOP primary voters dismissed the indictment against Trump as “politically motivated.” An ABC News/Ipsos poll showed that only 38% of self-identified Republicans viewed the charges against Trump as “serious,” compared with 61% of the general public. This displays how Republican voters' affinities for Trump are not conditional. Recent history indicates that GOP voters’ views are fluid and subject to revision, as shown by their attitudes towards immigration, American intervention in the conflict in Syria, and US support of Ukraine’s war. GOP voters outsource political knowledge to their representatives and experts on policy. If influential Republicans who have earned the confidence of GOP voters decline to popularize the case made against Trump in this indictment, then the public's views on Trump’s fitness for high office will remain largely unchanged.
The Babylon Bee: Biden Instructs Military To Shoot Anyone Who Calls U.S. A Banana Republic
President Biden orders military to shoot anyone who refers to the US as a "banana republic." Critics accuse administration of totalitarianism and weaponization of the Department of Justice against political opponents and dissidents.
The Federalist: Hemingway: DOJ Making A Mockery Of Rule Of Law
Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway accused the Department of Justice of mishandling the case against Hillary Clinton and participating in the Russiagate conspiracy theory. She believes that if the DOJ had indicted Clinton and presented exculpatory evidence, people would have been willing to hear them out. Hemingway criticized the DOJ for not being taken seriously due to their biased behavior.
National Review: The Corner: Trump Is an Enabler of the ‘Regime,’ Not a Threat to It
Trump's defenders claim he must be supported as the "regime" fears him. The political establishment's willingness to overturn norms demonstrates this. However, Trump's own behavior is contrary to the image that he is the last bulwark against the progressive bureaucratic elite. His prioritization of media ratings over the interests of voters has driven away swing voters. The latest indictment offers more evidence of his indifference to the demands of high-stakes politics. Republicans face the question of whether to entrust the nomination to someone who has continually weakened his political coalition.
Newsbusters: Republicans Should Just Say No to NBC! They Aren’t Fair Debate Moderators
NBC's history of bias against Republican candidates and their policies should give GOP presidential hopefuls pause before accepting an invite to an NBC-produced debate. This bias is demonstrated through a pattern of slanted questions and agenda-driven, one-sided and rude behavior from moderators, dating back to 2007. Any 2023 debate is likely to include NBC's Meet the Press host Kristen Welker, who demonstrated a clear left-leaning bias when moderating a 2020 presidential debate.

Breitbart: Poll: Majority of Californians Oppose 'Gender Affirming Surgery' for Children
A survey by Rasmussen Reports found that a majority of California voters oppose gender affirming surgery and opposing transgender treatments for children under 16. The poll showed that by a plurality, 38% of respondents believe that children should “never” be taught that they can choose their gender; only 23% said those under 18 should. 56% of independents held these views as did 70% of Republicans. Respondents also felt that before they were 18, children were not mature enough to make decisions around their gender, with only 29% saying a child is mature enough before age 16 in making such decisions.
Fox News: Disney-owned ABC News profiles child identifying as transgender at 3 years old: 'I'm a girl person'

It includes few opposing opinions against parents who seek medical treatment and even genital surgeries for their children.

Fox News: Tennessee residents beg city for help dealing with homeless squatters: 'Something needs to be done'

The man in question appears to have built living quarters in a trailer and had messages spray-painted on its side, alleging that residents are harassing him. Concerns have also been raised about the possibility of a meth lab or puppy mill being operated in the premises. The Nashville Metro Homeless Impact Division said that it works with organizations providing support and services for the unhoused and also takes care of pets in the area, adding that housing and services are offered to those in need.

PJ Media: BOMBSHELL: COVID-19 Developed by Chinese Military at Wuhan Lab, Says Report
A bombshell report claims that investigators believe COVID-19 was leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology and was the result of genetic engineering carried out by the Chinese military. U.S. health officials, including Anthony Fauci, insisted for three years that COVID-19 came from nature, essentially acting as willing accomplices to cover up the truth to protect China. The Sunday Times conducted an extensive review of hundreds of documents and interviews with U.S. State Department investigators, painting the clearest picture yet of what happened in the Wuhan laboratory.
Washington Free Beacon: Israel Drills for War With Iran Following UN ‘Capitulation’ on Nukes
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened a cabinet war drill on Sunday and threatened a preemptive strike on Iranian nuclear facilities. Netanyahu accused U.N. inspectors of failing to confront Tehran and said that for diplomacy to succeed, Iran must face a credible military threat. Iran has enriched enough uranium to 60% fissile purity for two nuclear bombs, something it denies wanting or planning. Netanyahu levelled sharp criticism of the International Atomic Energy Agency following a report last week that Iran had provided a satisfactory answer on one case of suspect uranium particles. The IAEA maintained its assessment that Iran carried out explosives testing there decades ago relevant to nuclear weapons. Military experts are divided on whether Israel has the conventional clout to deliver lasting damage to well-defended Iranian targets.

Breitbart: 'God Is Queer' Declares Pastor at Protestant Church Congress in Germany
A Christian pastor declared "God is queer" at the German Protestant Church Congress and advocated for leftist causes including supporting refugees and the Letzte Generation activist group against what he described as the looming apocalypse of climate change. The sermon has received backlash on German social media as being more suited for the Green Party Congress than a church.
The German Protestant Church Congress saw around 25,000 people attend its final services in Nuremberg, with leading left-wing members of the coalition government and green activists also in attendance. During the five-day run of the Protestant event, overtly political events and talks were held. The organization is accountable to the Congregation for the Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life, which granted Catholic Health Care Federation public juridic personality. The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops stated earlier this year that Catholic health care services must avoid performing interventions that aim to transform sexual characteristics to the opposite sex. Neither CommonSpirit Health nor Dignity Health responded to a request for comment.

Field & Stream: Bowfin vs Snakehead: How to ID, Hook, and Land Both Overlooked Species
The difference between bowfin and snakehead fish can be hard to distinguish, causing potential harm to the native species that require protection. Snakeheads are invasive and receive more attention, often targeted for removal, but bowfins are native and require respect. Both are worth targeting for anglers who know how to tell them apart and appreciate their hard-fighting nature.
Bowfins, native to the eastern half of the U.S., have remained unchanged since the Triassic period. Snakeheads, of Asian origin, have created potential confusion due to their ability to thrive in waters that hold native bowfins. Both species have long, almost snake-like bodies, round heads, and rounded tails with long dorsal fins, but there are key physical and behavioral differences that can tell them apart. Anglers targeting them must be aware of their toughness and require powerful equipment to reel them in.
