GB News: Boat engulfed in flames after 'explosion' on River Thames as nine people rushed to hospital
A boat explosion on the River Thames in Lechlade resulted in nine individuals being hospitalized, including a baby. Emergency services responded to the fire, and one person was airlifted to a hospital in Oxford, while a child was taken to Bristol Royal Hospital for Children.
Wiltshire Police reported that the cause of the fire is still under investigation, and a section of the river has been closed. The severity of the injuries sustained by those hospitalized remains unclear.

Since her release, she has actively campaigned for the freedom of fellow captives, including her friend Ziv Berman. Currently, 58 individuals remain in captivity in Gaza.

Fox News: Coast Guard rescues 2 after small plane declares emergency, crashes near Connecticut airport
A small plane, a Piper PA-32, crashed into Long Island Sound near Branford, Connecticut, after declaring an emergency while communicating with air traffic control. The U.S. Coast Guard rescued the two occupants, who were in stable condition and later evaluated at a local hospital.
The plane was redirected to Tweed New Haven Airport for an emergency landing but went down in the water about eight miles from the airport. The FAA is investigating the incident.
