Washington Free Beacon: 'Always Available for You': Hunter Biden and His Associates Had Direct Contact With Joe Biden's Staff, Emails Show
New emails released by the National Archives indicate that Hunter Biden's business partners had significant influence in the then-vice president's office. The emails, released as part of a lawsuit, contradict President Joe Biden's previous statements that he had no knowledge of his son's business dealings. Hunter Biden's ex-business partner, Eric Schwerin, contacted the vice president's top aides to arrange for an associate to attend a State Department lunch with senior Chinese Communist Party officials in 2010. Republicans are currently scrutinizing the foreign business dealings of the Biden family.
One of the redacted emails released from the National Archives shows that Schwerin contacted Joe Biden's then-executive assistant Michele Smith in a message titled "China Lunch" on Nov. 19, 2010. The National Archives heavily redacted the emails, claiming executive privilege. However, unredacted versions of the emails located on Hunter Biden's hard drive reveal that Schwerin had informed Smith that Hunter Biden wanted to invite a Walmart board member to an upcoming State Department luncheon honoring then-Chinese President Hu Jintao. The emails demonstrate that Hunter Biden had extensive access to his father's staff, although they also reveal that he was not always welcome on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Recently, Target, Anheuser-Busch, and Disney suffered from traditionalist boycotts over their DEI campaigns. The bicoastal elite still has the advantage, but conservatives are just beginning to breathe fire.

PJ Media: House Passes Debt Deal in Late-Night Vote
The $34.1 trillion debt ceiling has been suspended until 2025 after the next presidential election by the Fiscal Responsibility Act, which passed with 314-117 votes in the Republican-controlled House. Democrats and 149 Republicans voted in favor of the bill, which also includes $1.5 trillion in savings over a decade, while 71 Republicans voted against it. The bill now heads to the Senate, where Schumer has said he will not allow any Republican amendments.

Breitbart: Rep. Matt Gaetz Gets Drag Show on Military Base Canceled
A "child-friendly" drag queen show scheduled at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada was canceled after Rep. Matt Gaetz demanded answers from Pentagon leaders on why it was happening. Gaetz originally grilled Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley on whether they supported the use of military facilities for drag events back in March and presented them with evidence, which Austin and Milley said they did not support. According to NBC News, the show was approved by Air Force leaders, but Austin and Milley told the Air Force it is not DOD policy to fund drag shows on bases and the show should be canceled or moved off base.

Social disruption from the pandemic, rising crime, and exploitation along the open borders have exacerbated the problem, which in turn exacerbates other problems like suicide, depression, and domestic violence. To reduce trafficking and abuse, governmental actions to target drug traffickers and dismantle organizations must be taken in addition to implementing compassionate and therapeutic responses promoting treatment and prevention. Congress needs to fund the most effective entities against drug trafficking and drug crime – like the DEA and the NG CDP – at their intended and necessary levels to tackle the monumental crisis.
