Fox News: Boston lawyer once named a People magazine 'top 50 bachelor' found not guilty at rape trial
Former "Top 50 Bachelors" list member, Gary Zerola, has been found not guilty of two counts of rape against a 23-year-old woman in 2016. Zerola's legal team called the accuser a liar, arguing that she had kissed the lawyer earlier in the night and changed her story. This was not the first time Zerola had been accused of rape, with two separate women testifying against him in 2008, but the charges were dropped due to lack of evidence. Zerola is still under investigation for a separate rape charge, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.
