Liberty Nation: Biden Bribery Scandal Can’t be Overshadowed by Trump’s Indictment
The indictment of Donald Trump coincided with the Republican House Oversight Committee obtaining a document alleging Joe Biden's involvement in a bribery scheme. Many Americans believe the left-wing media, Biden administration, and Department of Justice have colluded to cover up the Biden family's shady financial dealings with foreign entities. Republicans now believe there is one system of justice for Democrats and the left and another for conservatives and Republicans, particularly Trump and his supporters.
The media has focused on Trump's indictment while Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene viewed a document in a sensitive compartmented information facility with incriminating evidence against Hunter Biden. The document outlines a bribery operation from Ukrainian energy company Burisma that hired Hunter Biden to make their problems disappear, and that payments were made directly to Joe and Hunter Biden. Joe Biden threatened to withhold US loan guarantees to force officials to fire Ukraine's top prosecutor, who was investigating Burisma. Democrats ignore or dismiss the Biden bribery scandal, claiming it's Russian disinformation, while Republicans see a system of justice that applies differently to Democrats and Republicans.

The Epoch Times: Stack the Deck Against the CCP
China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has hit major speed bumps, with Italy considering departure due to insufficient trade or investment benefits. China is seeking 9 of 15 board seats in the Pirelli tire manufacturer, but its attempts to violate a 2015 agreement limiting the control of strategic decisions has left it with bad press in Italy. Additionally, Chinese interests are reportedly financing the operations of the notorious Italian 'Ndrangheta mafia, who distribute record amounts of cocaine globally. COVID-19 and skyrocketing inflation have hit BRI loans with a fury, with critics concerned that China is using the program to promote its global political influence and engage in "debt-trap diplomacy."

The Epoch Times: Anna Mary Robertson Moses: America’s Grandma
Grandma Moses, born in 1860, grew up on a farm and spent most of her life doing manual labor on one. After arthritis made needlework impossible, she picked up painting in her late 70s. Her paintings, with a pre-industrial flair, were noticed when an NYC art collector happened upon them in a local drug store window. Moses obliged when offered a contract to paint more pieces and the next year, several of her pieces were part of a private showing at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. She would later have her first one-woman art show in New York in 1940, using folk art to reflect on simpler times. Hallmark would purchase the rights to reproduce her art in cards, selling more than 16 million Grandma Moses Christmas Cards in 1947. Moses would exhibit her work well into her 90s and would paint her final piece only months before her death at 101.

Liberty Nation: PGA Tour Saudi Merger: Money Makes the Moral Outrage Go Away
The PGA Tour has merged with rival LIV Golf, after a year of slamming players who joined LIV as mercenaries chasing Saudi-backed "blood money". But the sudden U-turn has attracted criticism, particularly for PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan. Monahan is being criticized for his so-called hypocrisy after he previously claimed that he was against playing with "blood money", in reference to Saudi funds, but later agreed to the merger that was funded by Saudi Arabia. The actions of the PGA Tour, the NBA, and other sports institutions are reflective of a larger crisis whereby there is too much money involved, which threatens the integrity of professional and big-time college sports.
