The Federalist Papers: Woke Target Gets Even More Bad News Following Satanic Clothing Scandal
A poll conducted by Rasmussen Reports has indicated that Target's focus on "pride" merchandise has decreased the likelihood of a third of those surveyed to shop there. The poll revealed that although 20% of Democrats said they would not shop there due to the retailer's "woke roots", this number more than doubled when Republicans and political independents replied. The survey was conducted from May 30 to June 1 and surveyed 1,098 American adults.
South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem accused Target of "tearing down this country". She said that "regardless of intent, what Target did 'looks and feels like in its quest to be inclusive Target excluded those who’d rather have a more politically and socially neutral place to bring their children to shop.'" She added that "the pandemic lockdowns revealed to parents just how little they knew about what their kids were being exposed to online or told during the school day" and claimed that parents are realizing their power to push back.

Forbes: Will Stray Kids Finally Hit The Hot 100 After Three No. 1 Albums?
K-pop group Stray Kids is expected to take the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart with their latest album, but their lack of Hot 100 hits raises questions. While their robust album sales contribute to their impressive performance on the charts, American artists rely heavily on streaming platforms such as Spotify for the Hot 100 chart, posing a challenge for Stray Kids who rely more on sales. The band will need to generate substantial sales figures for their lead single, "S-Class," to compensate for limited radio play and healthy but not exceptional streaming numbers to secure a spot on the Hot 100 chart.
Stray Kids, like many other K-Pop groups, has seen significant success on album charts but has yet to make their mark on the Hot 100. The Hot 100 chart factors in sales, streams, and radio play, making it tougher for artists to reach the pinnacle of the charts through streaming alone. To compensate for limited radio play and healthy but not exceptional streaming numbers, the band will need to generate substantial sales figures for their lead single, "S-Class," to secure their first victory on the Hot 100 chart. As the world waits for Billboard to announce the set debuting atop its flagship tally, fans eagerly await the announcement to see if Stray Kids will finally deliver a Hot 100 hit.
Forbes: Manchester Wins Treble: Here Are The Big Numbers Behind The Team’s Success
Manchester City has become only the second English team in history to achieve the continental treble, winning three trophies from different tournaments in a single season. The team's triumph is largely attributed to elite play, coaching, and robust financials, as the team's valuation is estimated to be $4.99 billion. Manchester City's financial success, however, has come with significant controversy, as it has faced over 100 charges from the Premier League for allegedly breaching financial fair play rules, a charge also levied by the Union of European Football Associations.
