Breitbart: Trump in Georgia After Indictment: 'Two Standards of Justice in This Country'
Former President Donald Trump will criticize Democrats and the justice system at the Georgia Republican Party state convention, in his first public appearance since being indicted. He will claim there are “two standards of justice in the country” and point out that House Republicans investigated Biden's alleged involvement in a bribery scandal on the same day that he was indicted. Trump will also tout his achievements as president and outline his vision for a future presidency, including ending the Ukraine War and economic dependence on China, and opposing critical race theory in schools.

Flag And Cross: 'The View' Host Held Meeting with Federal Prosecutors Concerning Donald Trump: Report
Alyssa Farah Griffin, former White House director of communications and current CNN political commentator, met with federal prosecutors voluntarily to discuss Trump's state of mind prior to the Jan. 6 Capitol incursion. The prosecutors were interested in Griffin's perspective on Trump's mindset after the election and the roles of other White House officials in attempting to stop the certification of the 2020 election. Griffin reportedly recounted a conversation with Trump in which he acknowledged his loss but suffers from "delusion" and only surrounds himself with information that matches what he wants to hear.

A federal judge has denied Vice President Mike Pence’s motion to refuse a subpoena in the investigation into former President Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. Pence argued that his role as president of the Senate granted him Speech and Debate protection, which his lawyers claimed protected him from giving testimony. The court ruled that while select statements from Pence are protected, he is required to answer most of the special council’s questions.

The Epoch Times: One of America’s Oldest Restaurants Faces Backlash for Celebrating Pride Month
Popular American restaurant chain Cracker Barrel Old Country Store faced criticism after promoting Pride Month on social media. While the chain has been promoting LGBT causes for some time, its recent post featuring a rainbow-painted chair led to backlash from conservatives, with some customers vowing to never eat at their stores again. BlackRock Fund Advisors, the largest shareholder in Cracker Barrels, has been pushing for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards on companies, which include tackling issues like gender identity, climate change, racial inequality, and more. Corporate CEOs are under pressure to adopt such policies due to BlackRock's investment focus, said Breitbart’s economics editor, John Carney.
In 1991, the firm faced controversy as it fired nine homosexual employees due to their sexual orientation, with the justification that their "sexual preferences fail to demonstrate normal heterosexual values which have been the foundation of families in our society." However, following outrage from homosexual rights advocates, Cracker Barrel continued to employ the dismissed individuals. The firm, which opened its first store in 1969, currently operates 664 locations across America and employs approximately 73,000 workers. Cracker Barrel's policies then are in stark contrast to its current promotion of LGBT causes, with the brand scoring 80 points on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index in 2021.
Red State: California Lawmakers Want to Lock You in a Cage for Not Bending to Their 'Gender-Affirming Care' Agenda
California lawmakers are pushing a bill that would allow the government to charge parents with child abuse if they do not affirm their child's chosen gender identity, as part of the state's standard for a child's well-being. State senator Scott Wiener coauthored the legislation with Assemblywoman Lori Wilson, which has been the latest of a number of gender ideology laws passed in California. Child abuse charges carry heavy penalties, including up to $6,000 in fines and years in prison. Virginia and other states have also introduced similar measures to criminalize parents who do not affirm their child's gender identity.

Red State: Garth Brooks Doubles Down on Serving Bud Light at His New Bar, Calls Boycotters 'A**holes'
Garth Brooks is serving Bud Light in his bar despite the boycotts following the company's decision to work with a controversial TikTok influencer. He defended his decision, stating that he wants his bar to be a safe and friendly space where people love one another, and he will serve every brand of beer. Fellow country music superstar John Rich diplomatically disagreed, stating that you have to put things in your establishment that people will purchase, and he won't be stocking Bud Light in his bar. Brooks' decision mystifies bottom-line thinkers among the continuing negative impact on Bud Light and Target's market value and shareholder relations.

The Epoch Times: New Mexico Reaches $500 Million Settlement With Walgreens in Opioid Case
Walgreens has agreed to a half-billion-dollar settlement in New Mexico over its role in dispensing highly addictive prescription opioid painkillers with little regard to prescription limits. The opioids include legally prescribed drugs such as OxyContin and fentanyl, which is 50 times stronger than heroin and 100 times more potent than morphine. The state argument was that Walgreens was negligent towards prescriptions and failed to be vigilant and understand the suspicious prescriptions and possible misuses of the drugs. A judge in San Francisco recently faulted Walgreens for its "15-year failure" to properly scrutinize opioid prescriptions and flag possible misuse of opioids.

Gataway Couple: Why Do You Need a Footprint Under a Tent?
A tent footprint is a crucial piece of camping gear made of durable material that goes underneath your tent to provide a layer of protection between the floor and the ground. It helps extend the life of your tent, prevent damage to the floor, and create an additional layer against moisture, dirt, and insects.
Using a tent footprint ensures that you have protection, easy cleaning, moisture barrier, environmental impact, and insulation against cold and damp ground. The size of the tent footprint you need depends on the size of your tent, and you can use a tarp as a tent footprint in a pinch, but we still recommend using a tent footprint as an essential gear you should add to your packing list.
