Fox News: Trump rails against Biden, 'deep state' at first speech after classified docs indictment: 'Political hit job'
Donald Trump accuses Democrats of a "political hit job" against him, as he alleges a double standard in the administration of justice. Trump was indicted on 37 federal counts, including willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice and false statements over the failure to comply with demands to return classified documents, he had gathered in Mar-a-Lago. Republicans are treated far differently by the Justice Department. The weaponization of federal law enforcement represents a mortal threat to a free society. Trump seeks to cast the upcoming presidential contest as a choice not just between Democrats and Republicans, but between the "deep state" and democracy.

conservatives are pushing US toward national divorce

He stated that leftists do not want to live in the same country as conservatives and he believes the nation is headed towards a national divorce, which he does not support. The Federalist Papers: 'The View' Host Held Meeting with Federal Prosecutors Concerning Donald Trump: Report
Former Trump White House Director of Communications, Alyssa Farah Griffin, has met with federal prosecutors investigating the January 6 Capitol incursion. Griffin was questioned about President Trump's "state of mind" leading up to the event and his allegations that the 2020 election was stolen. The prosecutors specifically asked Griffin for her perspective on Trump's mindset after the election and the roles played by former Vice President Mike Pence and White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows.
The Federalist: Washington Chokes On A Lesson In Empathy
Wildfires are a real threat for people living near federally managed land. Negligent land management, not climate change, is to blame for the out of control western infernos. Over-reliance on prescribed burns and lack of timber harvesting contributes to the fuel buildup on forest service land. Washington lawmakers can increase timber sales by rolling back the Roadless Rule, which hampers development and promises employment in small western mountain towns deprived of economic opportunities.

He wonders what to do with information that is factually incorrect but not harmful and worries that people will lose faith in the "authorities." However, Zuckerberg's efforts had real-world effects on millions of people and severely impacted conservative sites like RedState which were routinely throttled.

Fox News: Newly amended California bill could punish parents refusing to ‘affirm’ child’s gender identity
California parents could be liable for child abuse if they do not affirm their children's gender identity, according to an amended state bill. Originally, the bill proposed that courts must consider whether each parent is gender-affirming of the child during custody cases, but the amendment makes affirming gender identity one of the legal standards parents have to meet for their child's safety and well-being. Parents who do not comply might face punishment and potentially have their child removed from their home. Critics claim that the bill could open the door to declare non-affirmation of a child's gender identity child abuse across the board.
Fox News: RFK Jr.’s lawsuit spotlights alleged media collusion to censor 'misinformation'
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s organization, Children's Health Defense, has filed a second antitrust lawsuit against major news outlets, alleging they violated the Sherman Antitrust Act by censoring information. The media organizations, including BBC, The Washington Post, Reuters and AP, are members of the Trusted News Initiative. Media law expert Lyrissa Lidsky commented that media outlets do not get a First Amendment exemption from antitrust laws. The lawsuit claims the news organizations colluded with the government to suppress information, but a former senior lawyer with the US Justice Department's Antitrust Division cautioned that determining what the competitors agreed to would be key.
The Right Scoop: [VIDEO] Joe Biden claims state laws ‘targeting transjester children’ are DANGEROUS
Joe Biden criticizes laws protecting children from gender identity confusion, calling them "dangerous" and an "attack on basic values and freedoms." Many disagree and say that children need to be protected from such confusion and that these laws are essential.
Red State: Joe Rogan Blasts Bud Light, Target: Americans Have Had 'Enough' of Woke Messaging
Joe Rogan and comedian Theo Von discussed the recent trend of companies promoting woke messaging and their subsequent losses in sales, such as Bud Light and Target. Rogan criticized Target's messaging aimed at children and the far-left messaging from major corporations. Von suggests an app that can trace a company’s political donations so customers can shop according to their beliefs. Rogan emphasizes that most Americans just want to live and let live but do not want to be preached to in stores or have things targeted at kids.

The number of Chinese migrants entering the US has increased by over 1000%. Many of them are military-age males, raising concerns of a CCP invasion. Experts suggest CCP plants could be exploiting the border crisis to enter the US. It is feared that the Biden administration's weakness and facilitation of the border crisis is giving the CCP an opportunity to invade. Dr. Kenneth Allard, a retired Army Colonel and former intelligence officer, warns that the CCP is likely capitalizing on the regime's weakness. The US should increase national security to prevent such an invasion.

American Thinker: Are the Canadian fires an act of eco-terrorism?
Leftists blame climate change for Canada's wildfires while saner minds point out Justin Trudeau's lack of forest management. However, there is evidence eco-terrorists set the fires to scare people about climate change and to prevent development. There have been reports of fires being started in an arc around towns and about fire patterns peaking at election time to scare people into stopping oil extraction in Alberta.
