Euromaidan Press: Russia has carried out more than 1,000 attacks on Ukrainian health care facilities – W.H.O.
Over the past 15 months, Russia has launched over 1,000 attacks on healthcare facilities and services in Ukraine, resulting in 101 deaths and numerous injuries, according to the World Health Organization. These attacks violate international humanitarian law and have long-term consequences. The latest incident was a Russian missile strike on a hospital in Dnipro City which killed at least two civilians and injured 30 others. (WHO)

The US government is on an extended glide path to sovereign debt default, and Congress has no will for balancing the budget. Balancing the budget requires great political courage, and the window is closing rapidly. Tax cuts are anathema to the Uniparty, and the costs of electricity are rising. If the budget isn't balanced with discretionary spending cuts, the United States is facing a slow-motion train wreck. A balanced budget is required for stabilizing the debt.
