The Blaze: Corruption revealed: Durham report exposes FBI, Biden, Obama, and media
Corruption revealed: Durham report exposes FBI, Biden, Obama, and media
The Durham report reveals that the FBI's investigation into Trump was a farce, funded by Hillary Clinton and promoted by the media. The FBI violated its own policies to protect Clinton, and their obsession with Trump interfered with the election system. While the Justice Department is responsible for commenting on the matter, the corruption in the FBI goes deep and ultimately falls on the president.

Gavin Newsome blasted for 'tone deaf' Memorial Day tweet: Thought this was 'parody'
California Governor Gavin Newsom faced criticism for tweeting an anti-gun cartoon instead of honoring fallen service members on Memorial Day. The image of a child reaching for a book on a high shelf with guns hanging on a lower wall drew backlash for its timing and political implications. Newsom later retweeted a statement from his office honoring Memorial Day, recognizing the sacrifices of those who fought for the nation.

National Review: The CIA’s Bud Light Moment
The CIA’s Bud Light Moment
The letter by 51 former intelligence officials claiming that the damning emails on Hunter Biden's laptop were a Russian information operation to influence the 2020 U.S. presidential election in Donald Trump's favor was suborned by Antony Blinken, working for the Biden campaign. A serving CIA officer promoted the letter to gain signatures of former officers. The 51 officers colluded with the media to influence domestic politics. It raises questions about director of the CIA William Burns' ability to assert moral clarity and reassure the workforce after the scandal was revealed.

Euromaidan Press: Russian Volunteer Corps fights for Ukraine and to dismantle Putin’s regime
Russian Volunteer Corps fights for Ukraine and to dismantle Putin’s regime
Russian Volunteer Corps’ Aleksandr Fortuna discusses their plan to completely dismantle the existing Russian regime and initiate a legal process to prosecute those responsible for the ongoing war. The RDK and Legion of Free Russia recently successfully raided the neighboring Belgorod Oblast, clashing with the Russian government forces and drawing away troops from the front where Ukraine plans to launch a counteroffensive. Fortuna reports that hundreds of Russians have expressed interest in joining their movement and are ready to take up arms in the revolution to change Russia, but that a larger influx of people or opinions would require a pre-revolutionary situation in Russia. He believes that the time for diplomatic solutions has passed and that, ultimately, the existing liberal opposition in Russia will not come to power after Putin is removed.

Fox News: Tim Scott bill requires app stores to show country of origin, would stick ‘Made in China’ label on TikTok
Tim Scott bill requires app stores to show country of origin, would stick ‘Made in China’ label on TikTok
Sen. Tim Scott is introducing the "Know Your App Act" that will require app stores to display the country of origin of apps, particularly those developed in China. The bill aims to protect national security and inform parents who need to make informed decisions about their children's usage. App stores should be transparent by giving users the ability to filter out applications from adversarial countries and warn them about the risks of downloading foreign-made apps.

Liberty Nation: China Ramps Up Arctic Intrusion
China Ramps Up Arctic Intrusion
- China is pursuing its Belt and Road Initiative, expanding to include the Arctic through the Polar Silk Road project. Despite being far from the Arctic, China claims to be a "near-Arctic State" and has gained observer status in the Arctic Council. The US and other Arctic countries must be wary of China's strengthening partnership with Russia and increasing presence in the Arctic.

- Countering China in the Arctic may not require direct military action but intense training and exercises. NATO is holding Arctic exercises, including the largest air exercise among NATO nations in Europe this year, to prepare for Arctic operations. The US is also developing its presence in the Arctic by investing in expanding the port at Nome and training soldiers for Arctic combat. Meeting China's growing presence with a united front can potentially hinder China's momentum in the region.

National Review: Restoring America’s Energy Renaissance
Restoring America’s Energy Renaissance
Despite having abundant resources of oil and natural gas, the United States faces energy scarcity and higher prices due to the Biden administration's focus on renewable energy and extreme "green" policies. These policies make America dependent on China for the components and raw materials needed for the renewables transition and increase energy costs while making businesses less competitive. A new set of policies is needed to harness the best attributes of every resource, protect energy infrastructure, and prioritize onshore, offshore, and pipeline construction to speed up permitting and increase natural gas production.

National Review: The Modest Debt-Ceiling Deal
The Modest Debt-Ceiling Deal
President Biden and Kevin McCarthy have agreed to suspend the debt limit for two years. The deal includes significant fiscal and other reforms to hold non-defense discretionary spending in 2024 at 2022 levels, increase the age caps on work requirements for food stamps, reform the regulatory state, and create incentives to pass appropriations bills. The White House has had to make meaningful concessions, but the deal is inadequate to address the federal government's ongoing fiscal incontinence and other deficiencies in how Washington operates. The outrage should be that Republicans have not done more to put spending on a different trajectory when they have had unified control of Washington.

The Epoch Times: Kraków Weaves a Vibrant Cultural Tapestry
Kraków Weaves a Vibrant Cultural Tapestry
Krakow, the cultural center of Poland, is a charming city with a grand Main Market Square, where the imposing St. Mary's Church and the Gallery of 19th-Century Polish Art can be found. Wawel Hill, home to the Wawel Cathedral and the tombs of Poland's greatest rulers, is the most visited sight in Poland. The Kazimierz neighborhood, once a thriving Jewish district, is now a meditative look at how the town was walled in and eventually shipped off by the Nazis to be exterminated. A walk or bike ride around Planty park is delightful, and the Wieliczka Salt Mine, a vast, thousand-foot-deep complex with nine levels and over 100 miles of tunnels, is remarkable.

Fox News: Johns Hopkins Medicine staff given roadmap to navigate dozens of pronouns: ‘faerself, ve, xe"
Johns Hopkins Medicine staff given roadmap to navigate dozens of pronouns: ‘faerself, ve, xe"
Johns Hopkins Medicine in Maryland introduces a new inclusive ID policy that allows employees to use preferred pronouns on their ID badges, although two exceptions apply. Employees can choose from 50 different gender pronouns, including "aerself" and "faerself," as well as titles such as "Mr." and "Mx." The policy went into effect in 2021, and staff can choose to use a name that aligns with their gender identity. The program director for LGBTQ+ Equity and Education at Johns Hopkins Medicine, Paula Neira, says that the certificate of licensure's legal name is still used for employees licensed by the Washington, D.C., government.

Be well: Improve your gut health with 5 top tips from a nutritional therapist
Eating fermented foods and a whole-food diet can aid in a balanced gut microbiome, helping to prevent irritable bowel syndrome, obesity and other health issues. Stress and artificial sweeteners can disrupt gut health. Exercise and incorporating sources of insoluble fiber in the diet can benefit overall well-being by increasing oxygen to the bloodstream and strengthening muscle. Seeking mental health care and practicing mindfulness can also alleviate high stress levels, which can lead to a reduction of good bacteria in the gut.

Fox News: Most US adults believe race should play a role in college admissions process, according to AP poll
Most US adults believe race should play a role in college admissions process, according to AP poll
Nearly two-thirds of U.S. adults say that the Supreme Court should permit universities to consider a candidate's race or ethnicity in admissions, while only 68% of adults said race and ethnicity should not play a significant role in admissions decisions. A poll was conducted in May by The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research on the future of affirmative action, a topic that remains controversial. The poll shows considerable support for affirmative action, even though it remains unclear if it will continue. The lawsuits challenge universities using race in the admissions process, claiming that it discriminates against Asian and white students.

Fox News: Trial for Pittsburgh synagogue shooting suspect set to begin over 4 years after fatal shooting
Trial for Pittsburgh synagogue shooting suspect set to begin over 4 years after fatal shooting
Robert Bowers, the suspect in the deadliest antisemitic attack, is set to face federal jury trial for killing 11 worshipers at a Pittsburgh synagogue in October 2018. Bowers, who faces 63 counts, including 11 counts each of obstruction of free exercise of religion resulting in death and hate crimes resulting in death, could face the death penalty if convicted. The defense has done little to cast doubt on whether Bowers was the gunman but has focused on preventing his execution, while prosecutors are expected to tell jurors about incriminatory statements Bowers allegedly made to investigators and an online trail of antisemitic statements that they say shows the attack was motivated by religious hatred.
