Breitbart: Netanyahu Blasts Judicial Overhaul Opponents for Silencing Free Speech
Netanyahu Blasts Judicial Overhaul Opponents for Silencing Free Speech
The Israeli Prime Minister accuses the left-wing opposition of censoring free speech after a member of his party was prevented from speaking at Tel Aviv University and other incidents of anti-overhaul protesters interrupting events involving coalition lawmakers. Many left-wing Democrats in the U.S. Congress support the protests, ironically, because many of them also favor judicial changes far more radical than anything Netanyahu has proposed.

The American Spectator: To Win the ‘Culture War,’ We Need Fewer Conservatives and More Counter-Revolutionists
To Win the ‘Culture War,’ We Need Fewer Conservatives and More Counter-Revolutionists
The failure of conservatism is the most demoralizing calamity of our time. This revolution against Western civilization is a shock for many on the right as the conservative movement is incapable of fighting it. The passive resistance of the conservative movement has been diluted through its mésalliance with classical liberals, whose lack of a fixed moral compass is the ideological loophole communists exploited to gain a foothold in this country in the first place. This has resulted in futile stratagems against communism and these dynamics are playing out in every aspect of today’s “culture war.” It is fundamentally a revolt against God. Conservatives are bungling their way through one disastrous campaign after another, increasingly oblivious to what it is they’re even supposed to be conserving.

Durham Believes FBI Should Have Never Conducted the Trump/Russia Investigation in 2016
Special Counsel John Durham has criticized the Bureau of Investigation's investigation into Donald Trump, stating the bureau had no right investigating Trump for supposed connections with Russia. An investigation should treat those being investigated equally, treating Clinton or Biden the same way as they would Trump. There shouldn't be any charges against individuals over the report, nor any “wholesale changes” regarding how the FBI takes care of investigations with political ties.

The Epoch Times: McGowan's Departure Marks the End of Labor's Golden Era
McGowan's Departure Marks the End of Labor's Golden Era
After six years as Premier of Western Australia, Mark McGowan has announced his resignation, citing exhaustion as the reason. McGowan led the Labor party to an astounding victory in the previous election, holding a 91% approval rating amongst the general public. His departure leaves a power vacuum in the Western Australian Labor party, with deputy Premier Roger Cook and Transport Minister Rita Saffioti among the candidates vying for the top spot. McGowan's resignation is the end of a successful era for the Labor party in Western Australia, and analysts predict a difficult period ahead as the party faces new challenges.

Front Page Magazine: Confirmed: Leftism is Driving People Crazy
Confirmed: Leftism is Driving People Crazy
A new academic study has revealed that left-wing extremism is linked to toxic, psychopathic tendencies and narcissism. Leftism is driving people literally nuts, even though colleges and universities are wastelands of far-Left indoctrination. The Left has been weaponizing psychology to support their political agendas for decades. Leftist narcissism is nothing more than dark personalities using political activism to fulfill their ego without checking for social justice and equality. The study identifies that left-wing authoritarianism leads to higher levels of narcissism which is harmful to society. The hypocrisy of the left is astounding as social justice is used as a guise by activists to behave in an unhinged manner. The study dissociates activists from genuine social justice by exploring the psychological aspects of far-left radicals.

The Epoch Times: Australia to End Agreement With China After Serious Concerns Over Human Rights Emerge
Australia to End Agreement With China After Serious Concerns Over Human Rights Emerge
The Australian Federal Police (AFP) will not renew its MOU with China's National Commission of Supervision (NCS) after concerns of human rights abuse were raised by international groups. The NCS is responsible for China's "FoxHunt operation" in 120 countries which violates judicial sovereignty and has a Liuzhi system for enforced disappearances. Australia was the only developed nation to maintain such an agreement with China, making it a "major win" for the country's attempt to spread legitimacy for its entirely party-run body.

Safeguard Defenders, an international human rights group, had requested access to the MOU but was denied. The NGO remains concerned over the AFP's understanding of the NCS, which is not a law enforcement body but an extension of the CCP's private police force Central Commission for Discipline Committee. Former CCP diplomat Chen Yonglin welcomed the change, agreeing with the group's allegation that the Fox Hunter operation is not just about catching corrupt officials but targeting critics.

The Epoch Times: Texas Legislature Gives Final Approval to a Bill Banning DEI at Public Universities
Texas Legislature Gives Final Approval to a Bill Banning DEI at Public Universities
Texas legislature passes Senate Bill 17, which would prohibit DEI initiatives at publicly funded universities in the state. Texas universities would have to dismantle their DEI offices, programs, and mandatory training, and adopt “color-blind and sex-neutral” hiring practices within six months, but not impact admissions or course curriculum. The bill stipulates that biennial studies be conducted to evaluate the effects of changes on student enrollment, retention, and graduation rates by race, sex, and ethnicity. Critics of the bill say that it demonstrates a misunderstanding of the role of DEI in addressing historical systemic exclusion in higher education institutions.

The American Spectator: Charlie Brown’s Pentagon
Charlie Brown’s Pentagon
Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Charles Brown is nominated to be the next Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff. Brown has never served in combat, raising concerns about his readiness. An accounting error undervalues aid sent to Ukraine by $3 billion while the country faces increasing threat from Russia. Brown's ability to act independently is suspicious as he seems to be yet another Pentagon "yes man" under Joe Biden. The US must address weaknesses in its exosystem to defend against Chinese cyber attacks while delivery of critical aid to Ukraine is overdue. Despite these problems, Brown is unlikely to take serious action given his track record.

Front Page Magazine: Ken Burns’ Leftist Legacy
Ken Burns’ Leftist Legacy
Ken Burns, a celebrated filmmaker known for his documentaries on American history, recently spoke at Gettysburg College about the power of storytelling to effect change. Burns, a noted Democrat donor who has repeatedly expressed contempt for Republicans and conservatism, has been described as "America's storyteller." His many documentaries will likely shape the way future generations perceive American history. Most young Americans today get their history from movies and TV shows, rather than textbooks or classrooms, so the cultural impact of Burns' films is significant. In his newest documentary, The U.S. and the Holocaust, Burns leverages the history of the Holocaust to push a progressive political message that connects past and present.

Pinkerton: In Memoriam: C. Boyden Gray, the Man Who Warned Us About the Administrative State
C. Boyden Gray, an opponent of over-regulation, died at age 80. He was an eyewitness to the growth of the administrative state and worked for the Reagan administration’s deregulation task force and the selection of constitutionalist judges. Boyden endowed the C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State to push back against the administrative state. His legal allies have won four big Supreme Court victories against federal overreach in the last two years alone.
