Euromaidan Press: Ukrainian drone strikes and shellings reported in five Russian oblasts
Ukraine launched multiple drone attacks and artillery shelling on Russian oblasts, resulting in casualties and damages to residential and government buildings. Incidents were reported in Tver, Belgorod, Kursk, Bryansk, and Pskov oblasts. The attacks follow a pattern of Ukrainian drone strikes on Russian targets, with previous instances causing casualties and damages to military and civilian facilities. The UK intelligence found the Russian air defense ineffective against these attacks, as Ukraine's capabilities to strike objects inside Russia with drones are becoming more advanced and sophisticated.

Russia launched a large-scale drone attack against Ukraine, with 54 drones launched from two directions. The majority of the drones were shot down, causing damage to critical infrastructure and military facilities around Kyiv. Iranian-made drones also struck an infrastructure object in Zhytomyr Oblast, without causing any casualties. The Head of the Oblast Administration noted that the Russians used unconventional routes and new tactics during the attack.

Biden's new nominee for Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff wants to reduce white officers to 67%, but purging white officers could cripple the service and wipe out generations of talent, especially as 86% of pilots are white men. Our military is strongest when focused on its mission, not divisive identity politics.
