The Epoch Times: John Paul II Would Not Have Supported The Voice
Religious leaders, including Archbishop of Perth Timothy Costelloe and Archbishop of Melbourne Peter Comensoli, and various Christian denominations have expressed support for the proposed amendment to the Australian Constitution to include an Indigenous Voice to Parliament and the Executive, calling it a step towards a more just and equitable Australia. However, not all clergy members are in agreement, and a 1986 speech by Pope St John Paul II highlighted the need for just and mutually recognized agreements without causing new injustices and respect for the dignity and growth of the human person. Aboriginal people are already part of the broader political system, and it is important to end the obsession with identity and the idea that they are perpetual victims in need of special measures.

The American Spectator: Memorial Day: Classical Wisdom and the Last Full Measure of Devotion
Memorial Day originated from the tradition of family members laying flowers on the graves of soldiers who died in the Civil War. The holiday expanded after World War I to honor soldiers who died in combat. Classical education, as exemplified by Abraham Lincoln’s readings of Euclid’s Elements, Shakespeare, and Thucydides’ History of the Peloponnesian War, provided Lincoln with the vocabulary and concepts necessary to navigate the Civil War. Memorial Day is an occasion to remember the fallen soldiers who fought to preserve America’s liberties, and to rededicate ourselves to the cause of securing, protecting, and cherishing those blessings of liberty.
The Imaginative Conservative: Decoration Day, Memorial Day, & Fallen Heroes
Memorial Day originates with the Civil War as “Decoration Day”. Southern women took up the task of decorating the graves of what turns out to have been hundreds and hundreds of thousands of their fallen heroes. Today, the day is a highly civilized expression of gratitude and love for fallen heroes. Most Americans, however, are detached from the meaning of the day. While our country is more than ever a meritocracy based on productivity, Memorial Day is a reminder of those who fought and died for something greater than themselves.

The Blaze: Stanford professor says aliens are 100% already on Earth living among us and have 'been here a long time'
Dr. Garry Nolan from Stanford University claims that aliens have visited earth and have been here for a long time, during a conference titled "The Pentagon, Extraterrestrial Intelligence and Crashed UFOs" held in New York City. According to Nolan, while aliens aren't walking among us in "skin suits", they have been here for a long time and are an advanced form of intelligence that have been using intermediate objects. Nolan likens this to when South American tribes saw Spanish ships for the first time and didn't understand what they were seeing. He defends his belief in extraterrestrials by saying that the government's All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office has 25 people working in it and is tasked with documenting all UFO sightings.
