Breitbart: TX Sues Biden for ‘Illegally Pre-Approving’ Migrants Through Mobile App
TX Sues Biden for ‘Illegally Pre-Approving’ Migrants Through Mobile App
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit against President Joe Biden’s administration for allowing migrants to enter the U.S. through an app that he claims encourages illegal immigration. Paxton argues that the app facilitates bypassing a new rule that requires asylum-seekers to apply for protection in any safe third country before they arrive in the United States. The mobile app, known as CBP One, allows migrants living in Mexico to schedule appointments with border agents, thereby pre-approving them to enter the country. Biden’s administration plans to allow 1,000 migrants to enter the country daily through the app.

The Epoch Times: Timor Leste’s Xanama Gusmao Poised to Push Australia for Gas Pipeline to Country’s South Coast
Timor Leste’s Xanama Gusmao Poised to Push Australia for Gas Pipeline to Country’s South Coast
Xanana Gusmao, the former independence fighter and first president of Timor-Leste, aims to push Australia for a gas pipeline from the Greater Sunrise fields in the Timor Sea to his country’s south coast if his party wins the country’s parliamentary election. The National Congress for Timorese Reconstruction (CNRT), Gusmao’s party, has received 41.6% of the popular vote, according to the May 21 poll. Gusmao said his immediate attention would be on the economy and that if Australia supported the plan to build a gas pipeline to Timor-Leste's south coast, rather than to Darwin, it would amend Australia’s “bad behaviour” over the past two decades. Chinese investment in Timor-Leste has increased, with Chinese state-owned companies building a new Tibar Bay port outside Dili and a four-lane expressway along the south coast.

The Epoch Times: Consumers Warned High Price of Australian Fresh Food Here to Stay
Consumers Warned High Price of Australian Fresh Food Here to Stay
Fresh food suppliers say high prices for fruit and vegetables in Australia won't be coming down anytime soon due to high production costs. Input costs including fuel, packaging, energy and labour shortages, are directly related to the price of food. The industry has called on the government to invest in a steady and reliable supply chain to combat disruptions which could see Australian supermarket shelves empty. If supply chain disruptions are experienced and harvest jobs cannot be filled, then there could simply be no food. The retail sector has said it has done its best to absorb the cost increases, with some eating into margin to prevent higher prices for consumers.

McCarthy continues to stand by this package as he talks with the Biden administration and the Senator-controlled Democrats.

CatholicVote Launches $1M Campaign to Boycott the Dodgers over Anti-Catholic Drag Queen Group
The Los Angeles Dodgers are under fire from the CatholicVote group over their invitation to give a "Community Heroes Award" to the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, a radical anti-Catholic transgender drag queen group. CatholicVote and Republican Senator Marco Rubio expressed their concern and condemned the team's decision, while Catholic Bishop Robert Barron called for a boycott of the team. The Dodgers initially disinvited the Sisters from their Pride Night game but later reversed the decision under pressure from the radical gay lobby. The CatholicVote group is preparing to launch a one-million-dollar ad campaign to boycott the team over its decision to support the anti-Catholic hate group.
