Fox News: Republicans grill Labor Dept on farm worker visas, as official warns of 'terrible' conditions
Republicans in Congress are questioning if processing delays in the H-2A agricultural worker visa program are related to a labor official’s bias against the program. Committee on Education and the Workforce Chairman Virginia Foxx and Workforce Protection Subcommittee Chairman Kevin Kiley wrote a letter to Acting Labor Secretary Julie Su raising concerns that employers applying for labor certifications for H-2A visas are facing “substantial delays.” The lawmakers noted comments by a regional agriculture enforcement coordinator at DOL’s Wage and Hour Division in a news article, saying that the official’s bias against farmers may be causing the delays.

The New American: Report: The Democrats Will STEAL the ’24 Election as They Did 2020’s, Unless… - The New American
Republican presidential nominees won't win in swing states unless they change how they approach politics, according to a expert report by electoral integrity entity Project Omega. Jay Valentine, a fractal-technology expert, maintains 2022's stolen Arizona gubernatorial election is a reflection of the 2020 disaster and a blueprint for a 2024 steal. Valentine suggests real-time computer analysis of state voter rolls during election time to expose voter roll alterations, and real-time access to state election systems to prevent illegal ballots given to leftist organizations from impacting final counts. His team's report revealed Lake could have stopped thousands of voter roll manipulations in the days leading up to the election with real-time visibility.
The Federalist Papers: Biden DOJ Declines to Prosecute Soros-Backed Attorney Accused of Perjury, Election Interference
Leftist attorney Rachael Rollins, backed by George Soros, will not face charges from the DOJ for electoral interference and perjury, despite evidence of misconduct while serving as the US Attorney for Massachusetts. The DOJ report discovered that she had provided derogatory information about district attorney Kevin Hayden to the Boston Globe and Boston Herald to influence the Democratic primary. Critics argue that Rollins believed her federal position placed her above the rules and dismissed criticism as racist. The DOJ's decision not to prosecute, despite multiple ethical violations, raises questions about impartiality in the justice system.
Fox News: Pennsylvania Republicans zero in on 2 big names in bid to unseat Sen. Casey
Pennsylvania Republicans are awaiting the campaign announcements of two high-profile candidates, former hedge fund CEO David McCormick and state Sen. Doug Mastriano, to see who will challenge Democratic Sen. Bob Casey in a top-tier battleground state contest. McCormick has the support of party leaders and officials, but faces a complicated decision with Trump seeking the party's nomination for president. Mastriano, who lost in a landslide in last year's gubernatorial election, is an ardent Trump supporter, but many Republican officials doubt his political skills and ability to raise money. The GOP hopes to recapture the Senate majority and Pennsylvania is a top target.

The Blaze: CNN host confronts top House Democrat with data that bucks her position on debt ceiling crisis: 'Out of step'

Newsbusters: Sununu Schools The View on Respecting Gun Rights and Safe States
New Hampshire Republican Governor Chris Sununu appeared on The View where he defended gun rights and spoke about focusing on mental health to address gun violence. Sununu argued that strict gun laws in Chicago have not resulted in decreased gun violence and Democrats did nothing to address the issue during the first two years of Joe Biden’s presidency. He cited his own state as an example of how to embrace gun rights and have low levels of gun violence by addressing mental health. The View audience booed Sununu, but moderator Whoopi Goldberg intervened and suggested talking to people to understand their thoughts.

Fox News: White House unveils first-ever national strategy to combat antisemitism, 'the world's oldest hatred'
The White House has released a national strategy to combat antisemitism in a move described as unprecedented in scope as reported hate crimes against Jewish people rise. However, the White House avoided endorsing the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's definition of antisemitism, which some progressives claim restricts criticism of Israel. Instead, the White House referred to several definitions of the issue as educational tools while the strategy itself sought to increase awareness of antisemitism, improve Jewish community safety and solidarity, and combat antisemitic discrimination.

Calls for unity dominated Africa Day celebrations for the 60th anniversary of the Organization of African Unity (OAU), the predecessor to the African Union (AU). However, critics say the AU is a failing body, with plenty of talk but little power to enforce its mandate. PJ Media: Supreme Court Passes Up a Chance to Strike Back at Big Tech Censorship
The Supreme Court refused to consider two cases where Twitter, Facebook, and Google were accused of 'aiding and abetting' terrorism by failing to block content promoting terrorism. The unanimous decision in Twitter v. Taamneh was one of the cases. This is related to the US internet law called Section 230 that protects online companies from liability for content posted by their users and gives internet companies the ability to remove content without liability.
Google, Twitter, and Facebook have banned and shadowbanned opponents of jihad violence and Sharia oppression of women while jihadist material proliferated on their platforms. A group called the Tech Transparency Project (TTP) discovered that Facebook created 108 pages for Islamic State. The social media giants let jihadist material proliferate while moving ruthlessly to suppress material that opposed jihad violence. The Supreme Court's decision indicates that the hope that the Court will stop the Left from trampling upon all our freedoms may be ill-advised.

The Epoch Times: Bankers 'Shocked' by Federal Budget Bill Clause That Allows 30-Year Retroactive GST Audit
The Canadian Bankers’ Association has objected strongly to a clause contained in Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s omnibus budget bill, allowing a retroactive Goods and Services Tax audit on credit card issuers dating back 30 years. The bill refers to Bill C-47, the Budget Implementation Act, which revises the Excise Tax Act meaning that GST will be levied on payment card network operators. The retroactive elements of the bill would allow the Canada Revenue Agency to audit transactions going back to December 1990, the date of the tax’s implementation. The bankers' association called on The Senate to remove the retroactive provision and suggested the government was using it as “an easy fix for fiscal shortfalls.”

National Review: The Corner: Publisher Retracts Gender-Critical Paper
Psychologist J. Michael Bailey's paper on Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria (ROGD) was retracted by Springer Nature due to the lack of "written informed consent". However, it is speculated that the retraction was a pretext, as the paper contains evidence of ROGD, a theory linking gender dysphoria to a socially contagious false belief. Bailey's research found that ROGD cases were often linked to pre-existing mental health problems, and the best predictor of transition was consulting a gender specialist where parents felt pressured to transition their children. The paper is still available, but concerns have been raised regarding methodology.
