The Epoch Times: Ramaswamy Slams ‘Election Interference’ as LinkedIn Censors GOP Candidate Over Comments on China, Climate Change
Ramaswamy Slams ‘Election Interference’ as LinkedIn Censors GOP Candidate Over Comments on China, Climate Change
Republican Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy criticizes LinkedIn for allegedly interfering with the presidential election by locking his account over his comments on the Chinese Communist Party, the Biden administration, and climate change. Ramaswamy states that expressing fact-based views on China-related policy and legitimate criticism of President Biden resulted in censorship by the social media giant. LinkedIn’s action repeats the pattern of behavior shared by technological corporations that critics say amounts to censorship of alternative views. Ramaswamy has been a vocal critic of a collusion between the federal government and Big Tech, and he proposed to amend Section 230—a law granting internet platforms immunity from liability based on users’ content—to roll back the extent of the law’s protection of these online platforms.

The Federalist: Emails Show Wyden’s Office Lied About IRS Whistleblower To CNN
Emails Show Wyden’s Office Lied About IRS Whistleblower To CNN
Sen. Ron Wyden's spokesperson claimed that the Hunter Biden IRS whistleblower backed out of an agreement to meet with the Senate Finance Committee but was denied by the whistleblower's legal team. Emails obtained by The Federalist showed that there was never an agreement and that the Senate Finance Committee had made it difficult for Shapley to testify by refusing to commit to consecutive interviews. Rep. Jason Smith of the House Ways and Means Committee should use Section 6103 of the Internal Revenue Code to conduct a joint hearing with relevant Democrat and Republican members from both the House and Senate, rather than leaving the decision up to Wyden.

Hillary Clinton Warns Florida 'Isn't Safe' for Black or Gay People
Hillary Clinton backs a travel warning from the NAACP, stating that Florida is unsafe for black and LGBT people due to Governor DeSantis' policies. DeSantis has signed legislation banning critical race theory from public schools and has been accused of trying to erase black history from the curriculum. The NAACP warns that before traveling to Florida, individuals understand that the state "devalues and marginalizes the contributions of, and the challenges faced by African Americans and other communities of color." The League of United Latin American Citizens also issued a warning to illegal immigrants and their families about visiting or settling in Florida due to legislation aimed at illegal immigration.

POSOBIEC: Biden’s investigation into docs seized at Mar-a-Lago is
an attempt to destroy the MAGA movement
Jack Posobiec suggests that the Biden administration is investigating Trump's handling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago to destroy the MAGA movement ahead of the 2024 presidential election. He claims that Trump is being targeted for what he represents, while career politicians are immune to such actions due to their sources of power and influence. Posobiec highlights that Trump did not escalate the Ukraine war, which did not break out during his presidency, and is the only modern president who did not start a war. He concludes that the establishment does not want the working and middle class to have power in the country.

PJ Media: Study: Lockdowns Produced No Reduction in COVID Deaths
Study: Lockdowns Produced No Reduction in COVID Deaths
New scientific evidence debunks aspects of COVID-19 response, including the futility of masking, inefficacy of vaccines, and counterproductivity of lockdowns. A study published in The Lancet found that lockdowns did nothing to reduce death, while causing unnecessary deaths due to lack of care for chronic healthcare conditions, new biomedical state surveillance powers, and wrecked mental health . The only thing that matters is severe illness and death, and on this count, lockdowns did nothing to reduce deaths. The Public Health™ authorities need to be prosecuted for their disastrous decision-making and abuses .

The Epoch Times: Supreme Court Sides With 94-Year-Old Woman Whose Home Equity Was Seized by County
Supreme Court Sides With 94-Year-Old Woman Whose Home Equity Was Seized by County
The Supreme Court ruled in Tyler v. Hennepin County, Minnesota that a county violated the Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment when it forced a grandmother to sell her condominium over an unpaid tax debt and kept the sale proceeds that far exceeded the tax she owed. Critics call such a practice “home equity theft." Minnesota law allows counties to retain windfalls at the expense of property owners, and from 2014 to 2020, about 1,200 Minnesota residents lost their homes, along with the equity they held, for debts that averaged 8 percent of the home’s value. The ruling may have an impact on other home equity theft cases pending before the Supreme Court and in other courts across the country.

Hillary Clinton Wants Dianne Feinstein to Reject Resignation Calls
Sen. Dianne Feinstein, despite her health troubles, should not resign from office according to Hillary Clinton. Republicans are seeking to block Democrats from filling a vacancy on the Judiciary Committee and stall President Joe Biden’s judicial nominees. Many Democrats have called for Feinstein to retire, but Clinton sees the alternative of her permanent absence as too much to bear.

Front Page Magazine: Supreme Court Takes Away EPA's Power Over Backyard Puddles
Supreme Court Takes Away EPA's Power Over Backyard Puddles
The Clean Waters Act was abused by the EPA to gain power over all water in the US, including puddles in backyards. The SCOTUS has ruled that the act only refers to navigable waters and adjacent wetlands that are indistinguishable from them, curbing the Obama/Biden-era abuses. Kavanaugh's dissent complains that the decision dismantles the act, when it only reaffirms the actual law while rolling back the administrative state's power grab.

Washington Free Beacon: WATCH: DeSantis Calls Out NAACP Leaders Who Vacation in Florida
WATCH: DeSantis Calls Out NAACP Leaders Who Vacation in Florida
Governor Ron DeSantis called out the NAACP for telling black people not to visit Florida, saying that the organization's board members have contributed to the state's tourism. The NAACP's "travel advisory" did not provide any data to support its claims that the state is "openly hostile" towards black people and the LGBT community. The chairman of the NAACP and another board member were both found to have vacationed in Florida recently. LGBT groups have also warned against visiting Florida, citing anti-LGBT laws and "racial prejudice." Hillary Clinton criticized DeSantis and his state for not being safe for people of color and the LGBT community.

The Epoch Times: New iOS Update Warning Issued for Millions of iPhone Users
New iOS Update Warning Issued for Millions of iPhone Users
Apple has released an iOS 16.5 update, which includes a number of security patches, including three key issues that could be exploited. The fixes relate to WebKit, the browser engine that powers the Safari browser, and affects devices such as iPhone 8, all iPad Pro models, and iPad Mini 5th generation. Apple's patch notes confirmed it was aware of three vulnerabilities that "may have been actively exploited," and urged everyone to update when they can. Some researchers have called some of the vulnerabilities "zero-day" fixes. Anyone wanting to update to the new version has to go to Settings > General > Software Update and follow the prompts on the screen.

In addition to the security updates, iOS 16.5 also brings a sports tab to the Apple News app, fixes an issue where Spotlight could become unresponsive, and addresses an issue where Screen Time settings may reset or not sync across devices. However, the update has also proved controversial, as it included an LGBT "Pride Celebration" wallpaper for the Lock Screen. This has led to an online backlash and calls to boycott companies that target the LGBT community. Apple CEO Tim Cook revealed the wallpaper on Twitter. This comes amid a trend where brands engage with the LGBT community.

Fox News: White House slams Putin's nuclear provocation in Belarus: 'Irresponsible'
White House slams Putin's nuclear provocation in Belarus: 'Irresponsible'
Russia will station tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus as retaliation for the UK's decision to provide Ukraine with depleted uranium rounds. The White House condemned the move, with press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre describing it as "irresponsible and provocative." Putin has falsely claimed that the rounds contain nuclear components. President Biden will continue to monitor the situation, but Jean-Pierre has said there is no indication Russia is prepared to use nuclear weapons. Russia stationed troops in Belarus along the border with Ukraine a year ago before invading in February 2022 .

Russia has formally agreed to move tactical nuclear weapons to Belarusian territory, with construction of storage facilities to be completed at the beginning of July. Belarus president Alexander Lukashenko has confirmed the movement of the nuclear weapons has already begun, though the Kremlin has yet to confirm this. Putin claims that the move doesn't violate the international agreement on the nonproliferation of nuclear weapons, as the US frequently deploys its nukes in NATO countries. The international community remains on high alert, given Putin's previous threats to use nuclear weapons as an intimidation tactic against the West.

Washington Free Beacon: Russia Moves Ahead With Deployment of Nuclear Weapons in Belarus
Russia Moves Ahead With Deployment of Nuclear Weapons in Belarus
Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has said that Russia's tactical nuclear weapons are on the move after President Putin sent troops into Ukraine in February 2014. Russia revealed plans to deploy such warheads on March 25, and Lukashenko confirmed that the movement of weapons had begun after the President signed an order authorising the deployment. However, there has not been any confirmation of the deployment by the Kremlin so far. In a meeting with Lukashenko, Russia's Defence Minister, Sergei Shoigu, announced on 21 April that he was signing documents detailing the process for storing tactical nuclear weapons in a special facility in Belarus.

Fox News: EXCLUSIVE: Bishop Barron calls for Dodgers boycott, citing team's support of anti-Catholic drag queen group
EXCLUSIVE: Bishop Barron calls for Dodgers boycott, citing team's support of anti-Catholic drag queen group
Bishop Robert Barron urged a boycott of the Los Angeles Dodgers over their relationship with anti-Catholic drag queen troupe, Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, after they were invited to the team's upcoming "Pride Night" event. Barron, the most prominent Catholic bishop in the United States, said it was not enough to react to his statement and urged Catholics to let the Dodgers know that their position was unacceptable. The bishop raised the provocative history of the group's previous performances, including a drag queen pole-dancing on a cross with Jesus Christ, to consider the "Sisters" an "anti-Catholic hate group."

The Dodgers initially backed down after religious groups condemned their decision and announced they would not be honouring the drag queen troupe, but reversed their stance the next day following LA Pride's withdrawal from participation. In response, Barron accused the team of a canine submission to political correctness and dishonouring a religious group. Barron questioned the team's actions, asking whether similar praise would have been given if the group had been dressed as Jewish or Islamic clerics. The bishop's statement was supported by Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone of the nearby Archdiocese of San Francisco who accused the team's administration of "worshiping" alternative "gods."

Colin Kaepernick Claims His 6-Year Absence Proves NFL Not Woke Enough
Colin Kaepernick claims that the NFL is still not woke enough and hasn’t changed since he left in 2017. He said that despite the league throwing $300 million at community groups and left-wing organisations, there had been no substantial change to advance his pet social issues. Kaepernick hinted that his absence from the league has contributed to that lack of change, but he believes that people are multifaceted and multitalented, and both football and activism can coexist.
