A federal judge has refused to dismiss the charges, opening the door for extensive discovery of how the SPLC decides to label organizations as "hate groups." One of the SPLC's lawyers was also arrested earlier this year for involvement in Antifa violent disturbances.

The FBI and DOJ launched an investigation based on false information and leaked it to the media to smear Trump. The government abused its power to interfere with the presidential election and undermine the administration of a duly elected president.

He claims he is just a "merry prankster," but he has been arrested after two weeks of terrorizing people. Many people in the UK seem to be above the law, and it's all because society excuses insanity. It's a moral flip where ordinary citizens doing the cops' job may face charges for actions taken to protect others. This trend may well continue as people begin to push back on the lawlessness.

Ron DeSantis stated that if he is elected as president in 2024, the federal government will only approve college and university accreditors that will only accredit schools if they are "colorblind" and do not try to "divide people on the basis of race" with things like DEI. DeSantis argues that the "woke mind virus" is "an attack on truth" and the President must wage a war against it. As part of his plans, he would use the bully pulpit to tell the truth, push back on ESG and the things going on in major financial institutions and corporate America. With education, DeSantis would ensure that approved accreditors are not encouraging universities to partake in DEI initiatives.
