Flag And Cross: A New Study Found That Multivitamins Can Help Older Adults Slow Down Memory Loss
People over 60 who take a daily multivitamin pill may slow down age-related memory decline, according to a new study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. The study found that memory improved for people taking a daily multivitamin, compared to those taking a placebo, and the improvement was sustained over the three-year study period. The findings support growing evidence that nutrition is important for optimising brain health as we age. The study involved more than 3,500 American adults aged over 60 who were randomly assigned to take a daily multivitamin supplement or placebo for three years.

Red State: DOJ Mysteriously and Dramatically Downgrades Charges Against 'White Supremacist' Who Rammed White House Barricade
A U-Haul truck crashed into a barricade outside the White House grounds. An FBI agent displayed a Nazi flag that was allegedly pulled from the wreck. Charges have been downgraded from threatening to kill the President and his family to depredation of property of the United States, wiping away the charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, trespassing and destruction of federal property. The driver, Sai Varshith Kandula, had allegedly planned the attack for six months in order to "get to the White House, seize power, and be put in charge of the nation,” records show. Despite speculation, Kandula does not fit the “white supremacist” profile and is not a US citizen. Kandula is mentally ill and it is uncertain whether he is in actual proponent of Nazism. This event highlights the importance of not jumping to rash conclusions, both for the press and the authorities.
