Breitbart: Jayapal Lectures GOP for Exposing Murder Case Details, Then Reveals Minor MS-13 Suspect's Name
Rep. Pramila Jayapal accidentally disclosed the name of a 17-year-old illegal alien murder suspect during a congressional hearing. The suspect was released by HHS and is accused of killing autistic 20-year-old Kayla Hamilton. HHS reminded the Judiciary Committee, during an email viewed by Jayapal, to not disclose non-public information, especially because the suspect's case is relevant in an ongoing criminal proceeding. The Department of Homeland Security apprehended the suspect after unlawfully crossing the border, and HHS released him to a sponsor in Maryland. The sponsor, apparently his "first cousin," accepted him in his home but he later ran away and allegedly murdered Hamilton. The suspect had been affiliated with the MS-13 gang in his home country of El Salvador.

The Blaze: Joe Biden's a LIAR — here are the REAL threats to black Americans
Joe Biden claims that white supremacists are the greatest threat to black Americans. However, Chad Prather argues that this is a lie. In fact, the biggest enemies to the black community are Democratic policies, including fatherlessness and abortion. Prather argues that Democratic policies have consistently kept the black community in impoverished circumstances.
The Imaginative Conservative: John Randolph of Roanoke & the Formation of a Southern Conservatism
John Randolph of Roanoke believed in preserving the received order of state governments, resisting legislative and constitutional changes. The debate on whether an authentic American conservatism exists has been a crucial question for Southerners. Louis Hartz argued that American conservatism does not exist, while Russell Kirk argued for the continuity of a traditional conservatism. Randolph’s view of society was familial, shaping his views on law and morality, and opposing state laws against public drunkenness. The landed gentry exercised power and authority in Randolph’s Virginia, and the federal government was viewed as the gravest threat to the old commonwealth.

Daily Wire: E. Jean Carroll Seeks $10 Million In Damages Against Trump Over CNN Town Hall Remarks
Trump faces $10 million in punitive damages in a defamation case filed by writer E. Jean Carroll for his remarks made about her, after he was found liable by a federal jury in New York for committing battery against her and defaming her. Carroll’s attorneys proposed amendments to the defamation lawsuit to make Trump liable for remarks he made during a town hall event on CNN in May 2022, which would incur substantial punitive damages. Attorneys for Trump have filed a notice of appeal, contesting the verdict that found him liable for battery and defamation.

The Blaze: Orlando bar files lawsuit against DeSantis, claiming ban on children at drag shows infringes on its free speech rights
Hamburger Mary's Bar and Grille in downtown Orlando filed a federal lawsuit against Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and the state of Florida over a law that restricts sexual performances in front of children. The bar claimed that drag shows were a simple matter of free speech rights and compared them to Lucille Ball dressing up as a man on her classic show. The lawsuit asks a federal judge to delay implementation of the drag show restrictions by Florida until the issue can be fully litigated.
The Federalist Papers: Bud Light Gets Desperate for Memorial Day Weekend, Is Basically Giving Beer Away for Free
Bud Light is offering $15 rebates on cases of its beer, essentially making it free in some cases, as the brand struggles to combat its recent boycott. The move comes ahead of the Memorial Day holiday, one of the biggest beer-selling times of the year. Some beers in stores are selling cheaper than the rebate discount, leaving the customer with a profit for each case. The rebate discount applies to Bud Light, Budweiser, Budweiser Select and several other Anheuser-Busch InBev beers. The brand is offering the deal to stimulate sales and prevent millions of cans nearing expiration dates being returned.
Anheuser-Busch InBev is struggling to fight growing boycotts, with sales for some of its brands dropping by up to 30% from last year. Conservatism groups are protesting against the beer's support of the transgender community while leftists are angry about the brand's stance on Dylan Mulvaney, the brand ambassador fired in March following his controversial speech. Local distributors are calling on customers to buy the brand to support them as the sale of Bud Light is affecting their family's income. The beer company is still looking for a solution to the boycott.

Furthermore, Cornell defends the decision to sell 'tuck-friendly' swimwear as contributing to a broader societal cause, receiving backlash from conservative groups who are calling for a boycott of Target.
Daily Wire: Here Are The Left-Wing Legal Groups Backing Trans Procedures On Kids
Leftist legal groups, including the ACLU and Lambda Legal, are leading the charge to block new laws protecting gender-confused young people from surgical and hormonal interventions in several red states. Both groups have ties to liberal foundations and are backed by powerful corporations, making it difficult for red state laws to succeed. Lambda Legal, which was founded in 1973 and is backed by major corporate sponsors, including JPMorgan & Chase and Mastercard, has been involved in numerous LGBT movements and is making significant efforts to protect gender-confused minors in various states. The ACLU and its state affiliates, which have a massive budget, also challenge bans on child sex changes throughout the US, arguing that they violate the constitutional rights of students.
The arguments from both the ACLU and Lambda generally say that bans on trans surgeries for children deny students’ equal treatment under the law. These leftist legal groups have received funding from notable organizations, including George Soros’ Open Society Foundation, the Ford Foundation, and the Tawani Foundation. Lambda Legal is led by CEO Kevin Jennings and has been associated with controversy in the past, including graphic talks at a Boston chapter of the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network. Judges have blocked bans on trans procedures for minors in Alabama and Arkansas, and the Biden administration’s DOJ has filed a lawsuit against Tennessee on similar grounds, making the issue a potential Supreme Court case.
The American Mind: The Allure of Evil
The idea that evil is banal, as in Hannah Arendt's "Eichmann in Jerusalem," has become a cliché, but it is not entirely true. Subsequent research has revealed that Eichmann was no mere manager of railway timetables, but an active participant in Nazi circles with a ferocious anti-Semitism. The true explanation for the attraction of evil lies in the aesthetics of evil and the deep, irrational appeal it holds for some. Evil is seductive because it is destructive and powerful, which is why any effort to respond must come with an appeal to the heart and spiritual longings for beauty, meaning, and devotion.
The American Mind: A More than Material Matter
Webster Barnaby, a Republican Florida State Representative, denounced the transgender movement at a legislative hearing using strong language of "Demons and Imps" to refer to the transgender people present. Barnaby’s word choice suggests a transgression of the divine and natural order. The debate over transgenderism is sui generis—not just a continuation of previous culture war skirmishes on issues like traditional marriage, pornography, or homosexuality.

Breitbart: Experts: Images of Iran Facility Suggest Underground Nuclear Site Protected from Airstrikes
Iran is reportedly building a nuclear facility deep underground near the Natanz site. Satellite images show at least four large tunnel entrances leading underground, with heavy construction at least 260 feet below the surface, potentially containing centrifuge cascades for enriching uranium to weapons-grade levels. The facility may be immune to attack by even the most powerful American-made weapons. Israel has expressed concern about the development, but is not convinced that the buried facility would be immune to attack.
Breitbart: Palestinian Prime Minister Praises Murderers of Israeli Dee Women
Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh praises terrorists who murdered an Israeli woman, Lucy Dee, and her two daughters last month. Illinois-based Catholic dioceses sexually abused nearly 2,000 children over seven decades, according to a report by the state's attorney general. Initiated in 2018, former Attorney General Lisa Madigan's report alleged that 451 Catholic clergy members committed abuse between 1950 and 2019. The document reviewed more than 100,000 pages of documents held by six dioceses across the state, including the Archdiocese of Chicago. It comes amid a broader investigation into Catholic sex abuse in the US.

Flag And Cross: Franklin Graham Warns That 'Every Demon in Hell Has Been Turned Loose,' Says Now Is the Time for Action
Franklin Graham warns Christians of a coming storm and urges them to be prepared for it. He cautions that a flood of “wokeness” threatens to silence Christian ministries and drown out the Gospel message. Graham warns that Christian organizations may face attacks, such as having their donor records erased, by large corporations that control the cloud. LGBT agenda is one such driver of cancel culture as claimed by Graham. He encourages Christians to persevere in the truth, not apologize for the Gospel, and declare it. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis encourages the group by asking them to put on the full armor of God, stand firm in the truth and never back down.
