Fox News: Durham report's shocking findings still rejected by this group, despite media lies about Hunter Biden, Trump
Special Counsel John Durham's report peels back the layers of the onion of the Trump-Russia collusion story, finding that the reports of collusion were either unverified, fabricated, or simply planted by the Clinton campaign, media, and FBI. While a majority of Americans reject the idea that Trump was a Russian asset, 70% of Democrats still believe it is true. The Hunter Biden laptop is real, and the emails referring to Joe Biden's involvement in influence-peddling contracts need to be addressed by an honest and probing press, raising questions about how truthful Biden has been about his son's business dealings.
The press's failure to ask tough questions allows public officials to abandon principles and act on partisan impulses, as documented by Durham's report. The media should be crystal clear about the report's failures in policy and procedures and the people running the organizations. The replay of Joe Biden's response calling a laptop he knew to be real "garbage" raises more questions about his son's business dealings, but so far, the press has only given superficial questioning on the topic. The farce of equal justice under law prevails when the press fails to do its job.

Meghan Markle has built a close circle of A-list friends in Hollywood since leaving her senior royal role, including Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres, Tyler Perry, Serena Williams, Beyoncé, and Gwyneth Paltrow. While her celebrity network could boost her image as a power player, it also carries potential risks as criticism is a prevalent part of celebrity culture. Experts suggest that Markle might be better off narrowing her focus on her husband and home life and her business management team at WME.

Fox News: Poland says no to any ‘artificial peace plan’ between Ukraine, Russia
Poland fears that an artificial peace deal between Ukraine and Russia amid the ongoing war could only help Russia prepare for another invasion in the future and warned against such a plan. The two countries face a major hurdle in finding a peaceful solution as neither side is willing to concede on territorial demands. Meanwhile, NATO allies, including Poland, have stepped up military aid to Ukraine, but the country is yet to secure its chief request for F-16 fighter planes. Poland has also called for a permanent NATO base in the country, citing the unstable situation in the region.

Flag And Cross: Heat Exhaustion Can Often Lead To A Heatstroke With Lack Of Water
Heat-related illnesses and deaths are preventable, but identifying the warning signs and reacting swiftly is crucial. Heat exhaustion is detectable through heavy sweating, rapid pulse, dizziness, fatigue, cool skin, muscle cramps, nausea and headaches. If left unresolved, heatstroke can occur and can turn fatal if the body temperature rises to 104 degrees Fahrenheit or higher causing damage to brain, heart, kidneys, and muscles. Seeking medical attention is a must. Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol, caffeine or high sugar drinks during extremely hot weather.
It is important to remove oneself from high heat and cool down. Misting the body with water, loosening tight clothes and placing ice in the armpits and groin can help alleviate the symptoms of heat exhaustion. Have situational awareness and recognize when you start to feel ill or not well. Proactively stay hydrated, drink more than what you believe is needed to avoid feeling thirsty, which signifies dehydration. The body does acclimatize to heat but it will take some time, be patient and take care of your health.

Flag And Cross: Top Deadliest Tornado Captures That AccuWeather Has Seen Over The Years
Tornadoes are extreme weather events that come in different shapes and sizes. Fox News: Digital seance: New AI tech will mimic speaking to dead family, friends
AI technology is being developed to help people communicate with their deceased loved ones. Seance AI will use chatbots that mimic a deceased person's voice to provide short-term closure and emotional processing. The AI is trained on large language models by OpenAI, and users will input information such as the name, age, personality traits, and cause of death of their loved ones as well as text messages to simulate their communication style. SeanceAI is expected to launch on Tuesday and will have both free and paid tiers. Some people have raised concerns that the technology blurs the line between reality and fantasy.
Fox News: What is Black Box AI? Experts explain the hidden decision-making of artificial intelligence machines
Black box AI, referring to the technology's opaque decision-making process, has enormous potential but also raises concerns. The decision-making process cannot be explained, which poses challenges for understanding the outputs. Black box AI systems should not be used for high-stakes decision-making, as they cannot be trusted to make important social decisions and may have bad training advice or be poisoned. Furthermore, AI developers often keep the inner workings of their algorithms proprietary, making it difficult for others to understand the decision-making process.

Forbes: The Supremes Transform The Fair Use Transformative Defense In Case Involving Andy Warhol Modification Of Photograph Of Prince
The Supreme Court's recent decision in the fair use case of Warhol's modified version of a photograph of Prince changes the framework for deciding whether a new work is protected by the fair use defense against infringement of an original work. The fair use defense will now depend on whether the particular use of the new work is aimed at the same market as a reasonable person would assume could be a potential market for the original work at the time of the new use. It no longer matters how much the new work is modified from the original work, instead, the focus is on the actual use complained of. This decision may also impact the right of publicity, with courts transitioning to questioning the actual new use of the image rather than relying on the "transformative" defense from copyright cases.
