Breitbart: Clyburn: I'd Agree to Debt Deal Even if GOP Doesn't Meet in Middle
Clyburn: I'd Agree to Debt Deal Even if GOP Doesn't Meet in Middle
Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) would accept a deal to raise the debt ceiling even if it doesn't require Republicans to meet Democrats halfway, saying he doesn't think you always have to meet in the middle. Clyburn added that if there's a distance of five steps between him and Republicans, he doesn't mind taking three out of five, but he won't take all five. When asked about a potential deal including clawing back COVID spending, caps on domestic spending but not on the Pentagon, and new work requirements for people getting federal aid, Clyburn said he will compare it to what's been done on the other side.

MSNBC Previews DeSantis 2024 By Labeling Him 'Pro-White Supremacy'
MSNBC's 11th Hour panel attacks Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis as "pro-racial hierarchy" and "pro-white supremacy" ahead of his presidential campaign announcement. They also criticize the focus on transgender issues, arguing that it detracts from bigger issues facing the country. The panel provides no evidence to support their claims, and DeSantis's opposition to certain versions of history and battles with the College Board are cited as examples of his supposed pro-white supremacy stance.

Spectator USA: My stint as a royal paparazzo
My stint as a royal paparazzo
Reporters and photographers who chased Lady Diana during her final days, including the author, were a "pack of dogs" that led to her death, according to Prince Harry. As a young reporter for a tabloid news agency, the author helped stalk the princess and her lover, Dodi Fayed. Fleet Street editors were only briefly disgraced until it emerged that chauffeur Henri Paul had been drinking heavily on the evening of the royal’s fatal car crash. Under public pressure, Fleet Street had to tighten up its codes of press conduct on doorstepping and stalking. Meghan and Harry, now based in the US, are getting an even rougher ride from the press.

Zelenskyy’s inclusion in the G7 summit is said to come from his “strong wish” to participate in talks with countries influencing Ukraine’s defense against Russia.

New Mexico teen who gunned down 3 struggled after leaving sports team: report
An 18-year-old New Mexico boy killed three elderly women at random before being killed by police on Monday. Beau Wilson, a former member of his high school’s wrestling team, struggled emotionally after having to leave the team. He was dealing with his parents’ divorce and falling behind in classes. His mother blames herself for not anticipating the violence but had no concerns when her son purchased the firearm. No motive for the shooting has been released.

Police found approximately 1,400 rounds of ammunition stored in the home shared by Wilson and his father and ten other firearms of varying calibers scattered throughout the property. Wilson had amassed a cache of weapons, although the weapons and the ammunition were not his. Witnesses and police said Wilson walked randomly through the neighborhood where he lived and began firing bullets until police arrived on the scene. The police officers shot during the incident have since been released from local hospitals.

Forbes: The Unknown Future Of Bruce Brown In Denver
The Unknown Future Of Bruce Brown In Denver
Bruce Brown of the Denver Nuggets has a player option this summer that could lead to him earning significantly more money in the future. If he opts out, the Nuggets could offer him a new deal at 120% of his current salary, with a player option, which would give the team early bird rights on Brown by 2024. If he decides to gamble and wait for a bigger deal, he could sign a two-year contract with a player option in 2025 and enter free agency with full bird rights, potentially leading to a major payday. However, this means waiting another two seasons, and this could hurt his ability to sign another long-term deal down the line.
