Fox News: Arizona Sheriff Mark Lamb says he was uninvited to speak for Mothers Against Drunk Driving over his politics
Arizona Sheriff Mark Lamb claimed he and his wife were uninvited from a Mothers Against Drunk Driving event because of his conservative politics. Lamb lost his son, granddaughter, and daughter-in-law to a car accident caused by a driver charged with DUI. Despite being in law enforcement and having experienced loss due to drunk driving, someone who hadn't met him personally complained to MADD, which led to his uninvitation. He believes MADD went "woke," and vows to end the "insanity" with his U.S. Senate run. MADD said they are waiting for Lamb's response and did not explain why he was uninvited.
The Federalist Papers: Could Clinton Criminal Cases Get Reopened? Report Reveals 4 FBI Investigations Into Bill and Hillary
The FBI reportedly closed multiple probes related to Bill and Hillary Clinton as they campaigned for the White House, even as it opened a bogus investigation into former President Donald Trump. Jason Chaffetz of Utah has called for the investigations to be revisited, and argues that Congress should hold hearings with the field agents who were pursuing the Clinton Foundation.

The Epoch Times: 'Smoke and Mirrors': Congressman Unconvinced by TikTok's Remedial Plan to Stay in US
TikTok's proposal to address privacy concerns is "smoke and mirrors," according to Rep. Mark Green, as the Chinese-owned app continues to raise alarm over the potential risk to American privacy and data security. With 150 million US users, this social media platform is massively popular, raising concerns about how it could harvest significant amounts of user data.ByteDance is subject to Chinese laws requiring all data to be surrendered, which Green and others believe is a significant risk. Despite TikTok's "Project Texas" partnership with US software company Oracle, which provides unprecedented access to TikTok's source code to screen potential vulnerabilities, Green remains concerned about backdoors that could give the Chinese Communist Party the complete access and control over the app's data.(#)foreignaffairs

Armed Forces Day 2023 falls on the third Saturday of May, as part of Military Appreciation Month. Army hero Bennie G. Adkins killed as many as 175 of the enemy and received 18 wounds during battle in 1966, but led the wounded to safety. Other unsung military heroes from U.S. history include Captain John Callendar and Col. William Trimble, whose off-battlefield actions saved the lives of slaves threatened by Confederate soldiers.
