Retired General Michael Flynn warns of corruption in the highest levels of government after recent allegations of politicization within the FBI, Department of Justice, and intelligence community, and the recent release of John Durham’s report into the origins of the FBI investigation into allegations of collusion between Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Russian government. Flynn notes the continued politicization and retaliation against those who speak out and doesn’t believe FBI Director Christopher Wray or Attorney General Merrick Garland deserve to serve. Flynn believes impeachment proceedings need to start at the highest levels of government. Flynn also weighs in after the Pentagon determined it had overestimated the value of weapons and equipment the United States has been supplying Ukraine with over the past year, noting the Pentagon always overestimates everything, contributed to the $3 billion accounting error. Flynn says that this particular accounting error has caught people’s attention because of how much money U.S. taxpayers have already given to Ukraine.

Forbes: Tiger Woods Scores A Legal Victory In Battle With Ex-Girlfriend Erica Herman
Golf legend Tiger Woods has won a significant victory in his legal battle with former girlfriend Erica Herman, his ex-restaurant manager, after a Florida Circuit Court judge ruled that the dispute must be resolved in confidential arbitration. Herman has claimed Woods' non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with her is "invalid and unenforceable" and has levelled sexual harassment claims against him. Herman is seeking $30m in damages in a suit filed against a trust in which Woods is a beneficiary, alleging she was kicked out of a Florida mansion owned by the trust. Woods' lead attorney did not respond to a request for comment.
Herman also alleged that California attorney David Myers, whom she dubbed "Ray Donovan with a pen", used "trickery" to "eject" her from Woods' Florida home in 2020. Herman, who claimed the couple began their romantic relationship in 2015, said the incident was a "dispute" about their relationship. Herman has claimed that a federal law which came into force in 2021, the Ending Forced Arbitration Of Sexual Assault And Sexual Harassment Act, supports her claims. The judge, however, said Herman had failed to provide "factual specificity" on any of the sexual allegations.
