Fox News: FBI visits home of pro-life activist's mother in act she says was meant 'to intimidate:' 'Refuse to back down'
FBI agents Ashley Roberts and Kathleen Brown visited the home of pro-life activist Elise Ketch's mother in Virginia in April, looking for Ketch. The agents refused to tell Ketch's mother why they were seeking her daughter or to provide contact information, but assured her that Ketch wasn't in trouble. Ketch, who was arrested in March for protesting against a Washington, D.C.-based abortion provider, said the FBI may have aimed to collect information from her that they could use to prosecute her colleague at the Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising group, Lauren Handy. Ketch believes the FBI's visit to her parents' home was an attempt to intimidate her and her team.

Cincinnati public schools were advised by the Policy and Equity Committee to consider reporting child abuse if a student's parents are unsupportive of their gender identity, to protect students from harm at home. A memo was sent to all principals by the General Counsel outlining this school district position. The memo, based on recommendations from various organizations, stresses that a student's gender identity is confidential information and special consideration should be given before disclosing it to parents to avoid putting the student at risk at home. The district has clarified that the memo is not official policy and that the school employees are all mandatory reporters of child abuse according to Ohio Revised Code 2151.421.

This is much worse than a Hatch Act violation and Rollins was caught red-handed in a documented investigation doing this. She belongs in prison. Have a hashtag for this political scandal.

In the MLS, teams in less-saturated pro sports markets tend to perform best, indicating that San Diego's only rival is Major League Baseball’s Padres. Additionally, MLS commissioner Don Garber has set criteria for cities showing robust soccer support, which San Diego met by proving the success of soccer teams such as Wave FC in the area.

The Great Lakes Fisherman: Do Fish Learn from Being Caught?
A study conducted in the late 1960s by the University of Groningen in the Netherlands found that Northern Pike learn to avoid certain baits after being caught and released, making artificial spinners less effective over consecutive days of fishing. Live bait, on the other hand, remained effective throughout the study. The study also showed that even minor changes to the bait, such as the colour of the band around the spinner, significantly increased its effectiveness. This study may have significance to tournament fishing as well as modern bait and fly fishing.
