MTG Files Articles of Impeachment Against Biden and 4 Other Officials

She accuses them of neglecting their oath to uphold the law and politicizing the Department of Justice.

MORGONN MCMICHAEL: Supreme Court bizarrely recognizes preferred
gender pronouns of illegal immigrant
The Supreme Court ruled in favor of a transgender illegal immigrant, recognizing their preferred pronouns and chosen name in a case regarding their removal. Conservative Justices Alito and Thomas wrote a concurring opinion also using preferred pronouns. The individual had entered the US illegally twice and argued that they would face persecution in their home country based on their transgender identity. The decision has sparked controversy and concerns about the Court's stance on transgender issues in the future.

Senate passes resolution disapproving of Biden admin’s public charge rule on immigrants, welfare
The Senate has passed a resolution, with support from both parties, disapproving of the Biden administration's "public charge" rule concerning which forms of welfare legal immigrants can receive without being ineligible for a green card. The rule would make green card applicants considered only a public charge "if they are likely at any time to become primarily dependent on the government." The Republican-led resolution would nullify the Department of Homeland Security's rule, introduced last year, that codifies guidance put in place during the Clinton administration.

Daily Wire: Senators Contend Anheuser-Busch Was Marketing To Minors With Dylan Mulvaney Push
Senators Contend Anheuser-Busch Was Marketing To Minors With Dylan Mulvaney Push
Senators Cruz and Blackburn called on the Beer Institute to investigate whether Anheuser-Busch improperly marketed to minors through a promotion between Bud Light and influencer Dylan Mulvaney, who has a large following among young viewers. The lawmakers cited Mulvaney's content which presents a faux, pre-pubescent girl persona, comparing the partnership to discredited cigarette marketing campaigns using youth-favored advertising tools. They noted market research data indicating Instagram is an “ideal platform” for companies seeking to reach users between 16 and 24 years of age, while the majority of account owners on TikTok are between 13 and 24 years of age.

The Beer Institute’s Code Compliance Review Board is urged to investigate whether Anheuser-Busch broke the trade association’s marketing guidelines by soliciting a spokesperson with a large following among minors. The lawmakers consider Anheuser-Busch’s clear failure to conduct appropriate due diligence in influencer selection for its marketing efforts warrants detailed oversight as it compares to the discredited cigarette marketing campaigns. Weekly sales for Bud Light have continued to decline by nearly 25% relative to the same periods last year even as other Anheuser-Busch brands recover from the controversy.

The Corner: Mass Migration, Minimal Housing
Allister Heath criticizes the Conservative party in the UK, citing broken promises and an inability to tackle immigration and housebuilding issues. The increasing tax rate affects a larger percentage of adults each year, while immigration numbers continue to rise despite guarantees of cuts. The combination of high immigration and low home-building is causing a catastrophic cost-of-living crisis, with neighboring countries and the United States experiencing similar struggles.

CNN's visual cues displayed pictures of Musk making the okay sign in the background during the interview, sending a clear message to the leftist audience. Soros has poured over $32 billion into his Open Society Foundation, which funds leftist causes in America and throughout the world as well as massively funding progressive district attorneys who share his soft-on-crime philosophy, creating dangerous consequences.

Big Tech Not Liable for Terrorist Videos, Supreme Court Rules
The Supreme Court found that social media companies like Twitter, Google, and Facebook are shielded from liability for content posted by users. Family members of victims of Islamic terrorist attacks argued that the tech giants were liable for allowing terrorist videos to be posted online. Despite concerns that the court could undermine Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996, the court sidestepped the issue. The court’s decision in Twitter Inc. v. Taamneh and Gonzalez v. Google LLC were welcomed by the tech companies.

Post-Durham Report, Is It Time for GOP Candidates to Stop Campaigning and Support Trump?
The Durham Report details the treasonous betrayal of Trump and the country by the Obama-Biden cartel and their use of the bogus Steele dossier to deceive the public about non-existent Trump-Russia collusion, creating years of disruption and undermining Trump's presidency. Trump's complaints have been proven justified and his support is growing in the polls, making a suspension of his competition by the Republican Party a patriotic act and relief to some candidates' backers. Chinese leader Xi Jinping's poised actions demand urgent action, and Trump's rising profile as people recognize the truth makes him comparable to Churchill in the early days of World War II.

Walgreens to fork over $230 million to San Francisco in opioid lawsuit settlement; chain accused of not properly vetting prescriptions in a profit-driven 'fill, fill, fill' culture
Walgreens has agreed to pay $230 million to San Francisco in settlement for failing to scrutinize prescription drugs properly, which the government alleges worsened the city’s opioid epidemic. In August 2022, a U.S. District Judge ruled that Walgreens could be held liable for “substantially contributing” to an opioid epidemic that caused “widespread harm” in the city and constituted a public nuisance. Walgreens maintains that it disputes liability for the epidemic. The settlement comes after Walgreens also closed multiple stores in the city due to ongoing petty crime, which the company claimed constituted organized retail crime.

A Walgreens security guard in San Francisco shot and killed a suspected shoplifter in the store in 2021. Michael Earl-Wayne Anthony was working when he thought he saw a person shoplifting, and reportedly fired his gun after the alleged shoplifter hit him and threatened to stab him. The shooting came after Walgreens had closed five stores in the city due to ongoing losses caused by petty theft. California state law has declared theft under $950 a misdemeanour, which means that law enforcement is unlikely to investigate it, according to Hoover.org.

The Epoch Times: Sen. Cotton Fears CDC's New Vaccine Schedule for Children Will Lead to School Vaccine Mandate
Sen. Cotton Fears CDC's New Vaccine Schedule for Children Will Lead to School Vaccine Mandate
Sen. Tom Cotton is seeking action to investigate whether Congress can block the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) new vaccine schedule for children and adolescents. He is worried that schools will impose vaccine mandates using these guidelines. Cotton has asked the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to analyze whether a recent CDC immunization schedule update qualifies as an official “rule” for the purpose of the Congressional Review Act. If determined to be part of the federal rulemaking process, Congress can repeal the new vaccination schedule.

The Congressional Review Act (CRA) is a 1990s-era law that gives Congress power to rescind federal rules created by the executive branch through the rulemaking process. Under the CRA, if the GAO finds that the CDC’s vaccination schedule belongs to that process, Congress would have the power to reverse the CDC’s decision. The GAO confirmed to The Epoch Times that they received the request and it goes through a regular review process before any decisions are made. Sen. Cotton hopes to hold the agency accountable as far as his office allows because school districts rely on CDC’s recommendations as the basis of state and local vaccine mandates.

Are Ticks Spreading Chronic Wasting Disease?
Scientists from three universities have found that ticks may be able to carry and transmit chronic wasting disease (CWD), a fatal neurodegenerative disease in whitetail deer and other cervids. The disease was found to be present in one in eight ticks examined by researchers, who collected 15 CWD-positive ticks out of a sample of 174 collected from hunter-harvested deer heads in Wisconsin. The team said the disease could be transmitted through engorged ticks, with the parasites able to excrete the prions responsible for CWD back into their hosts’ ear tissue during feeding.

Study: Google's YouTube Algorithm Recommends Graphic and Violent Content to Boys 9-14
YouTube’s recommendation algorithm may expose children to graphic and violent gun-related content, according to a recent study by Tech Transparency Project. Researchers created profiles for a typical nine-year-old and 14-year-old boy and found that YouTube’s recommended videos presented viewers with a barrage of violent content including videos related to school shootings. This study also highlighted similar videos repeatedly appearing with slight name changes after being taken down for breaking YouTube’s rules, calling into question the platform's ability to protect young users from harmful content.

YouTube has been criticized for failing to allow video creators to mark their horror videos as only appropriate for viewers over the age of 18.

Fox News: Rescue crews in Italy work to reach isolated towns following heavy flooding
Rescue crews in Italy work to reach isolated towns following heavy flooding
Northern Italy is suffering from heavy rains and flooding, as rescue crews work tirelessly to reach isolated towns and villages. The death toll from overflowing rivers stands at nine, with some people still unaccounted for. The flooding has caused widespread damage to farmland, storefronts and infrastructure. The Italian farm lobby said more than 5,000 farms with greenhouses, nurseries and stables had been flooded. With some villages remaining completely isolated, Italian farm lobby Coldiretti said damage estimates were "incalculable", given the permanent damage to roots from the "suffocating" mud of the runoff. The region was first hit by intense rain in early May and according to The Superior Institute for Environmental Protection and Research, Emilia-Romagna is one of the most flood-prone regions in Italy.
