Breitbart: Chicago Mayor: 'Wicked' for Texas to Bus Border Crossers to Sanctuary Cities
Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson called Texas' migrant busing operation "wicked" and "unconscionable" during his visit to the city police stations where border crossers and illegal aliens are being housed. He criticized politicians who use their lives to gain political points and seemingly welcomed waves of illegal immigration to Chicago, causing protests from black residents on the South Side who are suing to protect their neighborhood from becoming a migrant dumping ground. The city is considering housing these individuals in Wilbur Wright College this summer.
Breitbart: Mayor Eric Adams: Nearly Half of NYC Hotel Rooms Now Filled with Migrants
Nearly half of the hotel rooms in New York City are occupied by border crossers and illegal aliens, brought in by Texas Governor Greg Abbott. The city has spent $5 million a day dealing with the issue and are set to pay an annual $75 million bill for the Fitzgerald Hotel. Although they are housing border crossers and illegal aliens in hotels, Mayor Eric Adams called the situation an "onslaught" and demanded President Joe Biden spread out new arrivals across the U.S. New Yorkers will see a loss of $4.3 billion due to lost tourism money and costs associated with illegal immigration.

Washington Free Beacon: Durham Put the Nail in the Coffin. But Christopher Steele Says He Stands by His Dossier
Former British spy Christopher Steele claims that his dossier, which was funded by Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign, has not been discredited despite a litany of fabrications and inaccuracies found in the widely discredited document. Steele lashed out in response to Special Counsel John Durham’s report, which detailed many of the flaws, errors, and fabrications in the dossier relied upon by the FBI to bolster its investigation into whether the Trump campaign conspired with Russia. The FBI found no evidence to support the Steele dossier’s core claim of a grand Trump-Kremlin conspiracy.
The liberal New York Times referred to Steele’s report as “discredited” and called it “a flawed document,” while British judge ordered Steele in 2020 to pay $23,000 in damages to a Russian bank falsely targeted in the dossier. According to Durham, the fabrications and inaccuracies were found in the allegations that the Trump campaign had a "well-developed conspiracy of coordination" with Russia to influence the 2016 election and that Kremlin had a sex video of Trump from 2013. Steele dismissed Durham’s findings as "a partisan conspiracy theory."
The Epoch Times: Ethics Commissioner Finds Alberta Premier Contravened Conflicts of Interest Act in Pastor Case
Alberta Premier Danielle Smith contravened a section of the Conflicts of Interest Act when she spoke to Justice Minister Tyler Shandro about a Calgary street pastor’s criminal charges, according to a report by Alberta Ethics Commissioner Marguerite Trussler. However, there was no evidence that Smith or her staff tried to influence COVID-related criminal prosecutions, as alleged in CBC News articles. Trussler stated that it was her opinion that Smith “inappropriately” talked to Shandro about criminal charges laid against Artur Pawlowski, which the commissioner said was an “improper attempt to influence the independence of the legal system.”
Breitbart: Nolte: Tucker Carlson’s Net Favorability with Republicans 62 Points Higher than Fox News's
Republicans have a far higher net favorability rating towards Tucker Carlson than they do towards Fox News, according to a Change Research poll. The poll of 404 likely Republican primary voters showed that only 34% had a favorable view of Fox News, compared to 70% for Carlson. Fox's net favorability rating was -3%, while Carlson's was +59%. Elon Musk was also included in the poll, and achieved a +53% net favorability rating. The fall in Fox's ratings could be due to its early call of Arizona in the 2020 election and firing of Carlson.

Euromaidan Press: For Crimean Tatars, Crimea’s liberation is a question of national survival
Crimean Tatars suffered a genocide in May 1944, when Soviet authorities forced some 200,000 civilians from their homes, killing around 8,000. Although allowed to return in 1989, Russia's illegal occupation of the peninsula means indigenous peoples face national identity eradication. Human rights violations have increased, with journalists, religious leaders and human rights defenders being targeted. Innocent civilians have also been accused of terrorism on ludicrous grounds, while crime victims often face political persecution. Furthermore, Russia's illegal conscription campaign specifically targets the Tatars: a group making up only 15% of the population receives an estimated 80% of conscription orders. All this adds to the peninsula's growing militarization as it becomes a military barracks for Russia, posing a threat to Ukraine and Crimean Tatars' survival.

The Epoch Times: Supreme Court Rules Against Andy Warhol Foundation in Copyright Dispute
The Supreme Court ruled in favor of photographer Lynn Goldsmith in her claim that the Andy Warhol Foundation violated her intellectual property rights when creating multiple prints of Prince based on her photo. The foundation argued fair use and that a loss would chill free expression, but the court affirmed Goldsmith's copyright protection and acknowledged the importance of copyright law. Justice Kagan filed a dissenting opinion, accusing the court of constricting fair use's boundaries and hampering creative progress. Goldsmith celebrated the ruling, while the foundation expressed disagreement but relief that the legality of Warhol's Prince series creation was not questioned.

The Epoch Times: Medical Providers Defrauded Arizona Medicaid Program, Held People Against Their Will: Hobbs
Arizona's Medicaid program, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), has been defrauded out of hundreds of millions of dollars by more than 100 medical service providers, according to Governor Katie Hobbs. The providers targeted vulnerable populations, particularly members of tribal communities, promising food, housing, and treatment for addiction and homelessness. Once in the facilities, victims were often not allowed to leave or contact their relatives while providers continued to bill AHCCCS for services. Hobbs is considering systemic changes to prevent future fraud, saying she won't entertain policies that make it harder for people to participate in Medicaid.
Officials in Gallup, New Mexico, are investigating recent kidnappings of Native Americans that may be linked to the medical fraud scheme in Arizona. Gallup Mayor Louis Bonaguidi says vulnerable Native Americans are being picked up in vehicles in New Mexico and transported across state lines into Arizona with promises of receiving rehabilitation help. Tribal members are allegedly being held in facilities and given alcohol and drugs to prevent them from leaving so owners of the facilities could bill the state for services. Arizona's AHCCCS will conduct a forensic audit of all claims submitted since 2019.
The Epoch Times: Controversial Report on Water Fluoridation One Step Closer To Publication
The Department of Health and Human Services’ National Toxicology Program corrected an error in a report about the effects of water fluoridation on human intelligence, removing text that suggested fluoride was linked to a .46 drop in IQ. The corrected assessment shows that the drop was closer to 7%, equivalent to a reduction of five IQ points, which in a population nearly doubles the number of people classified as intellectually disabled. The corrected report could have a significant impact on the Fluoride Action Network’s ongoing lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency seeking to ban fluoride from public drinking water supplies. Potential effects of fluoride continue to be a controversial topic.
