Conservatives in Ohio face a grave threat this fall as leftists plan to overturn laws protecting women’s sports and curbing transgender medical interventions. Leftists plan to enshrine a vague provision in state constitutions enabling judges to repeal any law opposing their gender ideology. Ohio is expected to vote on a new constitutional amendment this November, which would create an unlimited right to “make and carry out reproductive decisions”, potentially wiping out laws on basic safety standards, parental notification, and bans on transgender procedures. If Republicans don’t act against this strategy, they risk losing governing agenda as the entire country will emulate it.

Jenfi offers growth capital as a service, disbursing loans of up to $1 million to online businesses for a fixed percentage of their monthly revenue. Their credit underwriting and monitoring leverages granular data from each company, enabling quick turnaround for loan approval. With the fresh capital, Jenfi aims to enhance the speed and accuracy of its credit underwriting and risk assessment tools while broadening its customer base in Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia.
