Front Page Magazine: The Russiagate Players Got Rich and Escaped Consequences
Former FBI agents Strzok and Page, who were both fired from the FBI after an affair and sued for wrongful termination, have received book deals and academic positions, showing that the Russiagate "grift" is alive and well. Former FBI Deputy Director McCabe, who received a settlement for his benefits, even went on his own news network to dismiss the Durham report. Durham's charges against Sussmann and Danchenko never got past a D.C. jury, with the former becoming a partner at Fenwick & West and the latter unable to find work. The media made hundreds of millions of dollars pushing Russiagate, with barely anyone suffering lasting consequences or jail time. The lack of consequences means that Russiagate will happen again.
Townhall: The Leftist War on Self-Defense
The Leftist war on self-defense heats up as a former Marine is charged with manslaughter for restraining a dangerous man who was threatening passengers on the subway in New York City. Despite the lack of police presence, Daniel Penny acted in self-defense to protect the other passengers and is now being unfairly persecuted. The outrage against Penny's courageous actions highlights the need to protect the rule of law and ensure that self-defense remains a viable option for citizens in dangerous situations.
Former Governor David Paterson of New York has publicly defended Daniel Penny's actions and suggested that race may have played a role in his unjust prosecution. Despite the overwhelming support for Penny, he still faces the possibility of conviction and imprisonment for up to 15 years. This case is another example of the dangerous trend towards punishing citizens who act in self-defense, and undermines the principle of justice in America.

Townhall: Professional Golf's Political Meltdown
Professional golf is embroiled in a civil war over money and politics, as Saudi Arabia funds a new tour to challenge the PGA's monopoly. The PGA Tour has threatened to ban players who defect to the new league, offered incentives to those who remain loyal, and tried to make those associated with the new league outcasts in golf. It has also turned the fight into a moral and political crusade, citing the poor state of human rights in Saudi Arabia and the murder of Jamal Khashoggi. The charge is that LIV professionals are accepting "blood money" to play golf. Meanwhile, big US companies do millions of dollars in business with the Saudis every year without becoming embroiled in moral debates. The PGA Tour pulled out of a deal with a new sponsor, Raytheon, because it sells missiles to Saudi Arabia. However, the US State Department approved the sale, so the Tour has set a new standard that it will not do business with any company doing business in Saudi Arabia - except when it does. The Tour has damaged itself by trying to make a business fight about much more than golf.
