Washington Free Beacon: The Biden Administration's Newspeak on the Border
The Biden Administration's Newspeak on the Border
The end of Title 42 led to a surge of migrants to the southern border, including an Afghan terrorist and a child who died in custody. Biden and Harris put policies in place that exacerbated the situation, leading to overcrowding in holding facilities and a second child's death. Despite this, Biden and Harris have claimed that things are "going rather smoothly." Even Democrats like Eric Adams are starting to acknowledge that there is "no room" for migrants in their cities.

American Thinker: Why did CNN give Trump such a huge break?
Why did CNN give Trump such a huge break?
The author believes that Trump caught his opponents off-guard and has shown himself to be a capable politician, able to take a punch and fight back. He contrasts this with the perceived weakness of other politicians and the lack of understanding among the political establishment. The author also criticizes media bias and the spread of nonsensical viewpoints.

American Thinker: NeverTrumps, I hope you're happy
NeverTrumps, I hope you're happy
NeverTrumps wanted Trump out of office, but their lack of support did not swing the 2020 election. Trump is no longer president, but he remains the frontrunner for the GOP presidential nomination in 2024. NeverTrumps' influence failed to get Trump out of the Republican Party and GOP politics, and they should reflect on this for the upcoming election.

Wells Fargo Agrees $1 Billion Payout To Settle Shareholder Lawsuit Over Fake Account Scandal Cleanup
Wells Fargo has agreed to pay $1bn to shareholders in settlement of a class action lawsuit that had accused the bank of mishandling the 2016 fake accounts scandal. Shareholders claimed that the bank had been far too slow to address issues and had presented public communication about the affair in overly positive terms. The settlement still requires approval by a federal judge in New York, but if confirmed could be one of the largest class-action settlements ever. Shareholders will receive the proceeds of the settlement for the period between February 2018 and March 2020.

I Love Eurovision, But It Spreads A Myth That Music Matters. It Doesn’t.
The most recent Eurovision Contest showed music's power in unifying and smoothing edges while giving voice to political dissent. The competition, however, also perpetuates a myth that participating countries and their administrations care about music. The European music sector contributes over €81bn and two million jobs across the EU 27, yet music is not a serious business in many nations.

American Thinker: COVID's collateral damage
COVID's collateral damage
After refusing vaccination, a doctor had weekly COVID tests until the testing facility closed down. Reflecting on the pandemic, he saw fear and anxiety lead to social change, factionalism, and lost friendships. He also realized the corrupt behavior of the CDC, NIH, and Big Pharma who manipulated academic institutions and the media for their gain. This made him question the validity of his entire career as a physician. Despite being asymptomatic, his last COVID test was positive.

Giuliani Sued for $10 Million by Former Employee Alleging Sexual Assault, Harassment, Abuse of Power
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has been accused of sexual assault and other misconduct by a former employee, according to a lawsuit. Noelle Dunphy claims that Giuliani began abusing her almost immediately after she started working for him in 2019. Lawyers for Dunphy claim that Giuliani was motivated to hire her owing to a “secret desire to pursue a sexual relationship” with her and that he allegedly began requiring Dunphy to work at his home and out of hotel rooms, so that she would be at his beck and call. Giuliani and his companies committed “unlawful abuses of power, wide-ranging sexual assault and harassment, wage theft, and other misconduct,” lawyers for Dunphy said.
