Fox News: Amid Title 42's expiration, this broke blue state is considering unemployment for illegal immigrants
California considers a bill that would offer illegal immigrants unemployment benefits as the state anticipates a surge in migrants after Title 42 came to an end. The Safety Net for All Workers Act would give unemployed illegal immigrants up to $300 per week for 20 weeks from state funds. According to the Safety Net for All Coalition, payroll taxes from illegal immigrants contribute $485 million annually to California's Unemployment Insurance system. The proposed bill, which will cost $356 million in state funds, is to be reviewed by the Senate Appropriations Committee on Thursday. California faced its budget deficit increasing to nearly $32 billion recently.

Fox News: Biden admin coordinated with liberal dark money behemoth on 'transforming food system,' emails show
The Biden administration collaborated with Eric Kessler, the founder of left-wing dark money firm Arabella Advisors, on agricultural policy issues. Emails obtained by Fox News Digital reveal that Kessler played a leading role in initiatives to "transform" the US food system and address the meat industry’s high prices. Despite not being affiliated with the USDA, Kessler was the only person included in the email chains. American for Public Trust (APT) executive director Caitlin Sutherland expressed concern over Kessler's level of influence within the Biden administration and the impact of the foreign-funded Arabella network on its policies.
Arabella Advisors is a consulting company in Washington, D.C, that manages at least five nonprofit organizations, including the Sixteen Thirty Fund, the New Venture Fund, the Hopewell Fund, the Windward Fund, and the North Fund. These groups fund numerous shadowy left-wing organizations and have raised more than $1.5 billion in anonymous donations. Arabella Advisors is leading campaigns for climate change awareness and agriculture-related programs to create "a world where delicious, nutritious, sustainably produced food is accessible to all." Emails suggest close coordination between Kessler, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, and other top agency officials, but the USDA maintains this is standard stakeholder engagement practice.
Fox News: South Carolina House Democrats file 1,000 amendments to stop 6-week abortion ban
The South Carolina House is set to have a lengthy debate on a bill that bans abortion after a fetal heartbeat is detected on Tuesday. Democrats have filed 1,000 amendments to prolong the discussion, while Republicans want to move forward with the near-total ban, which would outlaw the procedure after six weeks of pregnancy. The state's previous abortion law, passed last year, was struck down by the state Supreme Court in January, leaving abortion legal through 22 weeks of pregnancy.

Fox News: Exclusive: Chinese donors to university housing Biden think tank have ties to Hunter's business deals, CCP
The University of Pennsylvania's Biden Center has been revealed to have received over $105 million in Chinese donations, with previously unreported major Chinese contributors, some linked to Hunter Biden's business deals and the Chinese Communist Party. The revelation has raised further questions about President Biden's financial ties with China, with Caitlin Sutherland noting that the President owes the American people answers about connections to foreign nationals who undermine national security and prosperity. Furthermore, the records obtained show that foreign donations from China far exceed what was previously known or reported.
Foreign Policy: The Geopolitics of U.S. Engagement in Sudan
The United States and Saudi Arabia welcome the pre-negotiation talks between Sudan’s rival factions, but the Biden administration should be cautious not to promote democracy for Sudan at the expense of its regional allies, such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Threatening sanctions would only alienate the allies needed to handle the crisis and reduce tensions. The regional context, involving Arab-speaking actors and dependent on Port Sudan, a strategic trade hub, is critical to consider, as well as the risk that Sudan may become another Libya and the potential for terrorist activities in an unstable country. Russia and China are competing for influence in Africa and the Red Sea, with Putin looking to establish a stronger presence in Sudan, already aided by his Wagner Group in Darfur. Israel and Saudi Arabia have similar interests in Sudan. The U.S. should work strategically with its allies to negotiate a cease-fire, restore relations with Arab partners, and develop the Abraham Accords to compete with Moscow and Beijing.

The Epoch Times: Quarterback Matt Ryan Joins CBS as Analyst, Says He's Not Retiring as Player
Former NFL quarterback Matt Ryan has joined CBS as a studio and game analyst, but not because he has retired from professional football. Ryan, a four-time Pro Bowler and the 2016 NFL MVP with the Atlanta Falcons, has signed with CBS for the upcoming season, following a disappointing campaign with the Indianapolis Colts. His studio analysis sessions will appear across CBS's platforms, along with his appearances in games for the network. Although a seasoned quarterback, Ryan struggled last season and was traded to the Colts, before underperforming and being benched twice. Despite the setback, Ryan is not retiring just yet.
