The Epoch Times: Philippines Warns China Not to Remove Buoys or Face ‘Serious Repercussions’
The Philippines warns of "serious repercussions" if China removes navigational buoys marking the country's exclusive economic zone (EEZ) in the disputed South China Sea. The Philippine Coast Guard has installed five buoys to assert its sovereignty and expand its maritime domain awareness in the South China Sea. Beijing's claim of sovereignty over almost the entire South China Sea was invalidated by an international arbitration ruling in 2016, but China has been behaving more aggressively in the region recently, with the presence of more than 100 of its maritime vessels in the Philippines' EEZ from April 14 to April 18.

The Epoch Times: Goldman Fined $7 Million by ECB Over Credit Risk Reporting
Goldman Sachs' European unit has been fined 6.63 million euros ($7.3 million) by the European Central Bank (ECB) for underreporting the risk associated with some corporate credit. This led Goldman Sachs Bank Europe to report improperly calculated figures to the ECB, thereby inhibiting the ECB from having a comprehensive assessment of its risk profile.

Fox News: Braves spoil Cody Bradford's Major League debut with five 2-run HRs in shutout win over Rangers
The Atlanta Braves secured an impressive 12-0 win over the Texas Rangers in a division leader match-up on Monday night. Kevin Pillar and Ronald Acuña Jr. each hit two-run homers in the second inning, before Marcell Ozuna, Orlando Arcia and Austin Riley added further two-run home runs in the 6th, 7th and 9th innings, respectively. The victory helped the Braves get back on track after being swept by Toronto over the weekend and avoided their first five-game losing streak since September 2017. Braves' pitcher Charlie Morton had an impressive night with 10 strikeouts while only allowing the Rangers seven singles and a walk in just under seven innings of play.
