Fox News: Biden admin says it released 6,000 migrants into US before court order blocking parole policy
Biden admin says it released 6,000 migrants into US before court order blocking parole policy
The Biden administration released over 6,000 migrants into the US before being blocked by a court order from implementing its "parole with conditions" policy. The policy permits the rapid release of migrants without an alien registration number or a court date, with individuals required to report to ICE or request a notice to appear. The order, intended to ease overcrowding, is justified on the grounds of "urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit". The government is now facing contempt proceedings over allegations it failed to comply with the court order, which came hours before the end of Title 42.

Breitbart: Lauren Boebert Pushes Repeal of Gun Controls Signed by Biden in 2022
Lauren Boebert Pushes Repeal of Gun Controls Signed by Biden in 2022
Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) introduces the Shall Not Be Infringed Act to repeal the gun control Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) helped President Joe Biden secure in June 2022. The gun control package includes expanding background checks, using taxpayer money to incentivize states to enact red flag laws, and broadening the NICS prohibited purchasers list. Boebert believes that gun control will not eliminate evil and will not decrease gun violence. There have been numerous high profile firearm-related attacks since Biden signed gun control to keep Americans safe.

President Biden called for more gun control after the Nashville Christian school shooting. The high-profile firearm-related attacks since Biden signed gun control include various shootings in Texas, California, Virginia, Colorado, and Kentucky. AWR Hawkins, a Second Amendment columnist for Breitbart News and a political analyst for Armed American Radio, argues that gun control does not decrease gun violence.

PJ Media: Why Are so Many CBP Applicants Failing Their Polygraph Tests?
Why Are so Many CBP Applicants Failing Their Polygraph Tests?
More than half to two-thirds of applicants to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection are failing polygraph tests. Some believe this is due to a decline in general behavior that precludes individuals from serving in law enforcement, while others, such as Brandon Judd, the president of the National Border Patrol Council union, believe that the government is intentionally failing qualified candidates. Rep. Austin Scott has also expressed concern over the lie detector test reducing the number of officers. DHS denies the latter theory, stating that the polygraph test is standard procedure. ( )

DC Mayor Bowser grilled on claim that city has just 221 homeless people: 'What are you talking about?'
D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser claims only 221 homeless people live on the streets of Washington, D.C., despite other estimates being far higher. Bowser made the claim during testimony before the House Oversight and Accountability Committee on Tuesday. Rep. William Timmons grilled the mayor on her claims about homelessness numbers, saying that Councilman Charles Allen gave him a report that stated 5,000 people are homeless in the U.S. capital. The report Allen sent is a point-in-time report from the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments stating that the city has 4,922 "people experiencing literal homelessness" as of 2023.

Fox News: Faculty, students harassed teacher who revealed school’s lies on gender identities: lawsuit
Faculty, students harassed teacher who revealed school’s lies on gender identities: lawsuit
Two California middle school teachers, Elizabeth Mirabelli and Lori Ann West, have claimed that they were required by Rincon Middle School in Escondido to lie to parents about their children if their children identified as a different gender in school. The school allegedly kept students' gender identity a secret from parents due to its alleged policy on the matter. After filing a federal lawsuit against the school on April 27, Mirabelli has been put on administrative leave for the rest of the year and claims that she was harassed at school. Mirabelli says that her teaching colleagues wore Pride colors on her first day back in an apparent protest of her case, spread fake rumors about the lawsuit, and put up 15 small posters with messages that threatened her directly or suggested that she was a sexist, racist, or liar.

The Economist: The fault lines in America’s China policy
The fault lines in America’s China policy
The US-China relationship is defined by postmodern ambiguity rather than the clear pillars of the past. The Biden administration is trying to reconcile internal differences and pull back from tensions, but the decentralised and raucous nature of American politics is an obstacle.

The Epoch Times: The Green Movement Is a Jobs Killer. Are Unions Finally Figuring This Out?
The Green Movement Is a Jobs Killer. Are Unions Finally Figuring This Out?
The United Auto Workers has withheld its endorsement of President Joe Biden for a second term. The union is concerned about the loss of jobs as the administration embraces left-wing "green" policies that threaten the jobs of union workers. Other unions, such as the United Mine Workers and the Pipefitters unions, endorsed Biden despite his stated goal of shutting down every coal mine in America and most oil and gas pipelines. The union bosses are still reluctant to call for a divorce with “lunch bucket Joe” despite the threat to union jobs.

Life as a patient in need of organ donation: New Hampshire man waits for kidney, ready to 'rock and roll'
Roger Graham, a New Hampshire resident, needs a kidney as his kidneys suddenly failed in 2021. There are over 106,000 people like Graham on the national transplant waiting list. Graham has had several potential donors fall through due to health issues, optimal donors being genetically related family members. The ideal candidate is a motivated and healthy person, according to the website for Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Graham has been on the hunt for a kidney for almost two years and has employed unique advertising methods, including a Facebook page named "Kidney for Rog," yards signs and car magnets. Clinical Evaluations will be done to check if the donor has two normal kidneys with great function and is not at risk for developing a disease that could affect kidney function. Graham underwent transplantation surgery on May 16 as a donor kidney became available to him.

Texas police department directly calls out mass shooting witness who used tragedy to push gun control
The Allen Police Department has discredited Steven Spainhouer, a self-proclaimed gun lover, following his account of administering first aid after the Allen Premium Outlets shooting. Inconsistencies were detected between his public statements and the police's investigative facts. It was determined that Spainhouer arrived at the shopping mall after the first responders, did not provide any first aid, and was not a credible incident witness. In response to the police's statement, Spainhouer defended himself and lashed out at the Allen Police Department.
