The highest estimate, $7 quadrillion, translates to 1,000 trillion, which is unaffordable for the majority of Americans, including the 40 million Americans living in poverty. Rather than creating race-related policies, the US should create policies that address the specific problems of poor communities, as the US is divided by class rather than race.
