Flag And Cross: Veterans Booted from Housing to Make Room for Incoming Migrants: Report
Hotels in New York are allegedly booting homeless veterans to make room for asylum-seekers who just arrived in the country. A non-profit organisation was notified that a hotel housing 15 of its clients had to make room for migrants this week, while two other hotels housing five veterans each in Orange County told the former service members that they were to vacate. It’s likely that the hotels were offered a higher nightly fee to house migrants, according to reports.
All 20 of the veterans housed by the Yerik Israel Toney Foundation have since been moved to other accommodations. However, the sudden move — two weeks after the service members took up residency in the hotels — has jeopardized the trust that the foundation held with the struggling veterans. Some of those booted are veterans of the Vietnam War, according to CEO Sharon Toney-Finch.
Fox News: Judge blocks Biden admin request to stay order blocking release of migrants into US without court date
A federal judge has denied the Biden administration's request for a stay on a temporary restraining order preventing the release of migrants into the US without court dates. The administration's request for an emergency stay of a ruling blocking it from releasing migrants without a court date after the expiration of Title 42 was called "borderline frivolous" by US District Court Judge T. Kent Wetherell II. Wetherell blocked the administration's "parole with conditions" policy on 7 July in response to a lawsuit from the state of Florida.
The use of parole is being authorized if a sector capacity goes above 125%, if agents apprehend 7,000 a day over 72 hours, or if the average time in custody goes above 60 hours. Fox News Digital's Adam Shaw and Chris Pandolfo contributed to this report.

Cristian Terhes, an MP in the European Parliament, has been criticised for his comments about transgenderism during a debate on the ratification of the 2011 Istanbul convention against gender-based violence. Terhes criticised the convention's lack of clarity on defining what the word "woman" means, arguing that it hinders effective protection for women. He also expressed scepticism about the concept of treating males as if they were the opposite sex. His remarks have led some leftist politicians to attempt to have him censored for hate speech, but Terhes has dismissed their efforts as lacking reason and promised to continue fighting for the rights of his constituents in Romania.
Terhes has warned that gender ideology undermines women, particularly by providing cover for male perverts who could take advantage of self-identification as women to gain access to women's spaces and commit crimes against them. He has been critical of the attempts to silence him, observing that such actions betray a weakness in the arguments of his opponents. Terhes has called for a more rational and reasoned approach to discussing transgenderism that ensures respect for the dignity, rights and safety of all people, especially women.
Breitbart: Poll: One-Quarter Watch Fox News 'Less Often' Since Tucker Carlson Departure
Survey finds one-quarter of US adults watch Fox News less often following Tucker Carlson’s departure. The survey conducted by Economist/YouGov found that 26 percent of respondents watch Fox News “less often” since the network announced it parted ways with Carlson. The survey was taken May 6-9, 2023, among 1,500 US adult citizens and comes on the heels of Carlson announcing a new show airing on Twitter, which will begin “soon.” Carlson's battle with Fox News follows a series of anti-Tucker “leaks” obtained by far-left media outlets, such as Media Matters and the New York Times. Despite that, a plurality overall, 45 percent, have at least a somewhat favorable view of Carlson.
The percentage of Republicans who watch Fox News less often now is even greater than the overall total, as 36 percent said they watch the network less often in the wake of Carlson’s absence. Breitbart News’s Washington Bureau Chief Matthew Boyle spoke about the phenomenon of viewers leaving Fox News during a recent appearance on Newsmax. “Boring, not edgy, content. They don’t want to push the envelope... But again, they’re now getting in league with all these leftists and whatnot,” he added.
PJ Media: North Carolina Governor Vetoes 12-Week Abortion Ban, but the GOP Legislature Will Most Likely Override It
North Carolina's Republican-dominated legislature passed a pro-life bill that limits abortions to the first trimester, requires doctor supervision, and mandates a 72-hour consultation before the procedure. Reuters criticized the bill as limiting access to abortion and cutting the window for most abortions in the state. Governor Roy Cooper vetoed the bill and called on Republicans to join the cult of child sacrifice.
Republicans are expected to override the veto, as the bill fits within what most Americans consider reasonable limits on abortion. Democrats have referred to the bill as cruel, while Tami Fitzgerald, executive director of the North Carolina Values Coalition, called Cooper out for vetoing the bill a week before Mother's Day. Fitzgerald also stated that Cooper's efforts to dissuade GOP legislators from overriding the veto are "a fool's errand."

This can be accredited to the lack of storytelling and the overwhelming political rhetoric emphasised in modern entertainment. Additionally, viewers have to pay for channels they don't watch, such as MSNBC, CNN, ESPN, which is why many people are choosing to cancel their cable, a rigged system that has viewers pay for dozens of channels they never watch.

Nataki Garrett, the recently departed artistic director, has been accused of alienating the festival's faithful audience with her focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion and non-traditional casting choices that left white actors in the minority. Many donors have withdrawn their support, and some have even changed their wills to remove bequests to OSF. Despite Garrett's departure, the festival is in disarray, with planning for the 2024 season scrapped, emergency fundraising campaigns initiated, and the company at risk of bankruptcy.
Garrett was appointed as OSF's first black artistic director in 2019 and had made diversity, equity, and inclusion central to the festival's mission. While some productions were popular with the audience, others, including a "queer" musical and a recorded tribal land acknowledgment, were unpopular. Garrett's public rhetoric, which included accusations of "anti-black racism" and insulting the festival's audience by associating them with white supremacy, only inflamed the situation. Garrett resigned this month, but OSF is still facing an uncertain future.
