Breitbart: Exclusive -- WV Gov. Jim Justice: 'I Am the Only Person' Who 'Can Beat Joe Manchin'
West Virginia Governor Jim Justice believes he is the only person who can defeat Democratic Senator Joe Manchin in the next election, warning of the dangers of having Democrats controlling the Senate. Justice characterizes himself as a "patriot" who loves the country, emphasizing his commitment to truth and his opposition to "wokeness" in schools. He cites the need to take back the Senate and praises former President Donald Trump, whom he characterizes as someone who truly "cares," for doing a "fabulous job" leading the country.
According to Justice, the United States is now at a place where "we could very well lose our country," and Manchin, who has yet to announce his reelection bid, always seems to go back to the Democrat side, leaving the American people with disasters such as the Inflation Reduction Act. Justice warns that if Americans continue the way they're going, they could lose the country.
The New American: How to Create a Powerful Grassroots Movement
The Left has historically been better at organizing than the Right due to their collectivist nature and backing from the global establishment. To counter this, the Right must focus on acquiring local power rather than relying on national politics, where money plays a larger role. The power of money becomes less significant in local politics, making it easier to counteract with personal contact.
To be successful, right-wing grassroots movements must prioritize recruitment as numbers give a movement power. Historical examples of guilds, unions, and political machines demonstrate the importance of banding together for political power. Activists should develop a core group of leadership, iron out policy goals and organize legally. Additionally, they should focus on gaining new members and growing their financial war chest to support candidates come election season, and make it a goal to run their own candidates rather than supporting establishment politicians.
Breitbart: Survey: Donald Trump Up Double Digits Against Ron DeSantis in Florida
Trump has a significant lead over DeSantis in a hypothetical 2024 presidential primary matchup among registered Republican voters in Florida, according to a recent survey by Florida Atlantic University/Mainstreet Research. Additionally, the survey found that 87% of registered Republican voters in Florida at least somewhat support Trump in the 2024 primary.
The survey also revealed regional and generational gaps among Republican voters. Trump wins decisively against DeSantis in the Tampa Bay area, Southwest Florida, and Palm Beach County, but in northwest Florida, Trump and DeSantis tie with 43% each. As for the generational gap, 66% of voters who are 50 to 64 years old support Trump, while his support among younger voters (18 to 34) is 40%. The survey was taken among 1,081 registered voters from April 3 to 14 and has a +/- 3% margin of error.
Breitbart: Poll: Donald Trump Leads Iowa Caucus Field by Double Digits
Poll shows Trump leads DeSantis by double digits in both a deeper Republican caucus field and in a hypothetical head-to-head race in Iowa. The National Research poll commissioned by the Center for American Greatness shows that 44% of likely Iowa Republican Caucus voters back Trump in a crowded field, which makes him the clear-cut frontrunner. DeSantis is Trump’s nearest potential competitor, sitting 18 points behind him with 26% support. No other candidate secures double digits.
In a hypothetical head-to-head with DeSantis, Trump continues to hold a double-digit advantage. He takes 45% of support in such a scenario versus DeSantis’s 33%. Another 11% are undecided. The respondents were asked whether they see Trump or DeSantis as having a better chance of beating President Joe Biden; 38% say Trump, while 32% say DeSantis. Additionally, 57% think Trump is better poised than DeSantis to improve the economy while just 15% believe the inverse is true.

Comic Chrissie Mayr was heckled and called a "transphobe" after joking about transgender Dylan Mulvaney's lack of breasts during a stand-up gig in Dallas. Mayr remarked that if she were transitioning to being a man, she would ask for a bigger than average penis straight away. An audience member interrupted, stating that Mulvaney is a man, prompting other audience members to shout at Mayr. At the end of the show, a group of women left shouting "Fuck you, transphobe!" Dylan Mulvaney made the news in 2023 when he became the celebrity face of Bud Light beer, a deal which was later criticised and led to a significant drop in sales for the company.
Comic Chrissie Mayr was criticised as a transphobe following a performance where she joked about transgender social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney and his physical appearance, in particular, his lack of breasts. The audience interrupted Mayr, with some shouting transphobic slurs. Flag And Cross: Brittney Griner Changes Tune on National Anthem in First Game Back Since Russian Imprisonment
Despite its flaws, America is still the best country in the world. Though there is rampant crime, government overreach, and a high cost of living, the United States offers unparalleled freedoms that are second to none. Even the most aggrieved groups, such as the LGBT community, are given more tolerance than in most other countries, making it a desirable destination for people from all over the world.
Brittney Griner, a black lesbian WNBA star, has gained a newfound appreciation for America after being imprisoned in Russia for almost 10 months. Despite her past comments that the national anthem should not be played, Griner now realizes that it “hits different” and has expressed her respect for America. While the country may not be perfect, it is clear that it still has much to offer.
