Plans to build 30 affordable homes in New Quay, Wales, have been postponed for the third time. Local traders express concerns over reduced parking capacity and the potential economic impact. 

The council questions the demand for one-bedroom units and the loss of parking spaces, raising objections to the project. Supporters argue the homes are vital for local families. In contrast, a counter-petition claims that second homeowners are obstructing the development. 

A final decision from the council is expected on May 14.
