GB News: EasyJet passenger restrained by holidaymakers onboard flight after ‘biting and spitting’ rampage
A 44-year-old man, Christopher Burgess, was removed from an EasyJet flight from Alicante to Manchester after a 30-minute rampage involving biting and spitting. Passengers restrained him until police arrived, where he resisted arrest and made racist threats.
Burgess was later jailed for 24 weeks after admitting to entering an aircraft while drunk and racially aggravated harassment. The judge described his behavior as deeply distressing for those on board.
