Fox News: Tennessee father charged in death of 23-month-old son who overdosed on fentanyl
Kelvin Blaylock Jr., a 22-year-old man from Tennessee, has been charged with criminal homicide and aggravated child neglect after his 23-month-old son died from a fentanyl-related overdose. The child's mother had left him in his father's care while she went to work. Blaylock called 911 to report that he found his son unresponsive, and the child was later pronounced dead at the hospital. The cause of death was determined to be the toxic effects of fentanyl and metonitazene. It is unclear how the child ingested the drugs.
