GB News: British man among 14 people killed in New Orleans attack as family issue 'devastated' statement
A British man, Edward Pettifer, 31, was among 14 victims killed in a terrorist attack in New Orleans on New Year's Day. He was struck by a truck driven by alleged ISIS supporter Shamsud-Din Jabbar, leaving his family devastated.
The British Foreign Office is assisting Pettifer's family and is in touch with local authorities. The coroner reported that his preliminary cause of death was blunt force trauma.
