Fox News: 3 arrested in connection with death of Pima County good Samaritan
Three individuals have been arrested in connection with the death of Paul Clifford, a 53-year-old good Samaritan found dead near a smoldering vehicle in Arizona on Christmas Eve. Clifford had reportedly helped the suspects with car trouble before going missing.
The Pima County Sheriff's Department located the suspects, who barricaded themselves in a residence but later surrendered. Elmer Smith, 19, Jack Upchurch, 40, and Wendy Scott, 16, face felony charges, with the investigation ongoing.
