Concerns have also been raised about potential violations of land rights and unequal distribution of the revenue generated from this arrangement. 

Meanwhile, the former President of the United States, Donald Trump, has found himself facing federal charges due to his efforts to dispute the outcome of the 2020 election. Trump's legal team contends that these charges infringe upon his First Amendment rights and claim that they are an impermissible stretch of the law, further invoking the concept of presidential immunity. Experts speculate that Trump's best chance of having the charges dismissed would be through the Supreme Court.
