Britain has pledged nearly £11 million to aid Ukraine in prosecuting Russian war criminals for war crimes committed during the invasion. This includes £4.5 million for the Ukrainian prosecutor general’s office to bolster investigations and prosecutions, following earlier contributions of £6.2 million. 

This funding is part of a larger £225 million package aimed at strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities. UK Defence Secretary John Healey reiterated that the defense of the UK starts with safeguarding Ukraine's sovereignty.

In a different discourse, commentator Andy Jones criticized high parking charges at UK shopping centers, calling them "utterly crackers." He highlighted the burden these fees impose on the retail sector, with drivers forced to spend up to two hours' wages just to park.
