GB News: Two men found guilty of murder after bludgeoning neighbour to death with hammer in rubbish row
Martin Carty and Mark Sothcott, both 56, were found guilty of murdering their 68-year-old neighbor, Franklin Ingram, during a dispute over rubbish in Yeovil, Somerset. The attack involved severe physical violence, including a hammer, and the two men delayed contacting emergency services for over 18 hours.
The jury at Bristol Crown Court concluded that the attack was premeditated, as evidenced by the nature of Ingram's injuries. Both men will be sentenced next year.
