Breitbart: Act to Support Trump, End Birthright Citizenship for Illegal Aliens Filed by Texas Congressman
Act to Support Trump, End Birthright Citizenship for Illegal Aliens Filed by Texas Congressman
Representative Brian Babin (R-TX) has introduced the "Birthright Citizenship Act" to align with President Trump's executive order aimed at reforming U.S. citizenship laws. The bill seeks to limit automatic citizenship to children born in the U.S. to parents who are either U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or serving in the military.

Babin argues that the original intent of the 14th Amendment was misinterpreted and did not grant citizenship to children of illegal immigrants. He expressed hope that the bill will pass and be signed into law by Trump, emphasizing the need for a definitive ruling on the 14th Amendment's interpretation.

GB News: British choir drops 80s rock hit from repertoire because lyrics cause 'negative and challenging feelings'
British choir drops 80s rock hit from repertoire because lyrics cause 'negative and challenging feelings'
Rock Choir, Britain's largest choir group with 31,000 members, has removed The Police's song "Every Breath You Take" from its repertoire due to concerns over its potentially coercive or abusive interpretations. Founder Caroline Redman Lusher noted that while popular, the song caused distress for some members.

The decision followed feedback from members who shared personal experiences related to the song's themes. Rock Choir aims to maintain a supportive environment, replacing the track with the Foo Fighters' "Learning to Fly." Another song by Sting or The Police will be added later.
