California's homeless crisis is worsening with a focus on increasing number of homeless women. However, the state's efforts to address their specific needs have been inadequate. 

In a prisoner exchange facilitated by Qatar, the United States released Alex Saab, a Colombian businessman alleged to be Nicolás Maduro's chief money launderer. This was done in return for the release of a number of unjustly detained Americans. The swap is part of a larger mediation initiative involving the US and Venezuela. 

Representative Seth Moulton asserts that Israel initially heeded advice from the Biden administration during its conflict with Hamas, thereby delaying an invasion in order to devise a better strategy. However, Moulton believes that Israel has since doubled down on ineffective tactics and disregarded US guidance. He hopes Israel will recognize the importance of changing its approach to effectively eliminate Hamas.
