Fox News: Florida proposal would bar illegal migrants in the US from attending some colleges
A Florida lawmaker has proposed a bill to prohibit illegal migrants from enrolling in public colleges and universities with acceptance rates below 85%. Republican Sen. Randy Fine argues that illegal immigrants should not take spots that could be filled by Floridians or Americans.
The legislation comes as Governor Ron DeSantis calls for a special session to advance immigration reforms aligned with President-elect Trump's agenda. Currently, illegal migrants can qualify for in-state tuition, but Fine's bill aims to change that.

Mike Tyson has purchased a new mansion for nearly £11 million following his defeat to Jake Paul in November. Despite the loss, Tyson earned approximately £16 million from the event, where Paul reportedly took home around £33 million.
The new property spans 2.7 acres in Tierra del Rey Estates and includes access to a private lake. Tyson expressed gratitude for the experience of competing, despite not recalling much of the fight due to having "blacked out" during the match.
