Breitbart: Gun Fight at Supreme Court: NRA, ATF, Free Speech, & Bump Stocks
Gun Fight at Supreme Court: NRA, ATF, Free Speech, & Bump Stocks
The Supreme Court will decide on free speech rights for the National Rifle Association as well as whether the federal government can ban bump stocks, a firearm accessory. The NRA argues that New York's Department of Financial Services is pressuring banks and insurance companies to avoid doing business with the NRA due to their advocacy for the Second Amendment. In another gun case, the court will consider the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives' regulation to ban bump stocks . The New Civil Liberties Alliance argues that the ATF does not have the authority to change Congress's definition of a machinegun under the Administrative Procedure Act.

Townhall: The Left’s Double Standards On Outrage
The Left’s Double Standards On Outrage
Democrats prioritize holding on to power over doing what is right, as evidenced by their concern about losing votes from anti-Israel voters in Michigan. They pander to anti-Semitic views and are quick to shift their stance to appease their base. The left tries to distract from their own hate and anti-Semitism by blaming "white nationalists" for the rise of anti-Jewish sentiment within the pro-Palestine movement. Hypocrisy is rampant, and their actions speak louder than their words. Democrats won't support aid to Israel unless it benefits their own interests, while Ukraine receives substantial aid with little accountability. Their principles revolve around power, using whatever means necessary to achieve their goals.

Townhall: The Semantics of Mass Murder
The Semantics of Mass Murder
Hamas and its supporters are divided on how to view the recent pogrom in southern Israel. While Hamas tries to reinterpret their actions, their Western supporters love what they did. Over 1,000 Israelis were killed, 5,400 people were wounded, and 244 people were taken into captivity. The terrorists were well-prepared and had detailed information on each Israeli town. Hamas is now trying to distance themselves from the barbarity of their actions. Those in the West who support Hamas justify their actions with twisted words. The support of the majority of Americans and decent people in the West makes it possible for Israel to protect its citizens.

A Religious Poet Slays Murderous Religion
Rabbi Yehuda HaLevi's Kuzari portrays talks between a Khazar king and religious representatives. Halevi defends Judaism, despised in Christian and Muslim countries. The founders of American democracy respected religion but feared faith and state power. Washington's letter to a Jewish congregation in 1790 shows the welcoming attitude towards Jews. The war against Israel is an attempt to reassert a dead empire's power. Religious freedom is important to prevent religions from becoming evil empires.
