Townhall: Why Trump’s American Academy Is Just What We Need
College campuses are increasingly hostile to free expression, with conservative viewpoints shouted down and speech restricted. This poses a threat to our future leaders and the erosion of liberty. Donald Trump has proposed the establishment of the American Academy, a free online university funded by taxing endowments, to counter this censorship. The marketplace of ideas must be defended for the sake of democracy.

Townhall: Have a Happy Thanksgiving, If You Can
Thanksgiving brings families together for dinner and football. However, the cost of turkey has increased, and vegan relatives may cause tension. Politics should be avoided, especially discussing illegal immigration, inflation, and international conflicts. The influence of political correctness in sports, such as name changes for teams, is also a sensitive topic. Despite these challenges, I wish you a happy Thanksgiving.
Townhall: Faith, Leadership, and the Remnant of Pilgrims That Are Rising
In today's culture, boys are facing challenges as the emphasis on strong male role models diminishes. Instead of real-life heroes, they are drawn to fantasy and video games, detaching from reality. To counteract this shift, men must reintroduce boys to principles of faith, character growth, and leadership to instill resilience and purpose in them.
As our culture tries to rewrite history and reshape ideals, a rising remnant of young men grounded in faith, character, and leadership skills is determined to stand against the changing tide. Let us honor our ancestors and the Pilgrims who risked everything for religious freedom, and teach boys the defining attributes that made our nation great. By infusing their lives with these principles, we prepare them to confront present challenges and shape the future.

Forbes: Here’s How Ukraine Could Get Another Two Dozen Leopard 2 Tanks
Ukraine is set to acquire more Leopard 2 tanks from Switzerland through an intermediary, despite Switzerland's strict neutrality. Germany has secured a deal for 25 Swiss Pz 87 tanks, with the condition that they do not end up in Ukraine. However, there is a potential loophole where the tanks could be sold to a country that already operates Leopard 2 tanks, and that country could then donate its own Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine. The acquisition of more tanks would greatly benefit Ukraine's army, but their greatest need is artillery ammunition.

Forbes: Why Federal Reserve’s Pause Could Be Another Head Fake
Economists at Deutsche Bank warn that despite Chairman Jerome Powell's confidence, the Federal Reserve's rate hike cycle may not be over. Recent episodes, such as the Omicron Covid variant scare and the Russia-Ukraine invasion, have shown that markets can be wrong in assuming an end to rate hikes. The conditions in the Middle East, potential trade conflicts with China, and the risk of increased sanctions all contribute to the uncertainty. The Fed remains cautious about tightening policy prematurely, as inflation could still pose a threat. Asia should be wary of believing that the Fed's inflation fight is over, given past experiences.
