The American Mind: When Lawfare Threatens, Americans Need Courage Under Fire
The American judicial system, once a symbol of blind justice, is now being weaponized against those who exercise their right to free speech. Former officials, including Mark Meadows and Jeff Clark, are facing costly legal battles for uncovering voter fraud. To combat this trend, the Personnel Policy Operations (PPO) has established the Courage Under Fire Legal Defense Fund, providing support to conservative civil servants targeted by the Left's lawfare tactics. These baseless attacks seek to silence dissent and intimidate others from questioning election integrity. PPO stands in solidarity with these public servants, forming a united front to defend their constitutional rights and uphold the truth.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott hopes this strategy will be effective, as laws haven't stopped Californians from relocating and voting. The billboards highlight exaggerated negatives such as fire ants with AR-15s, an abundance of churches, opposition to marijuana, and allegedly racist cattle. Despite this effort, Californians still choose Texas, considering it a safer option than their current state.

Forbes: How Antimissile-Systems Protect Commercial Aircraft From MANPADS Attacks In Israel
Israeli airlines El Al, Israir, and Arkia continue to operate flights during the recent conflict in Israel, thanks to integration of anti-missile defense systems into their commercial aircraft fleet. Other airlines, such as KLM and SWISS, have cancelled repatriation flights due to security concerns. The need for anti-missile systems arose from a 2002 incident in which an Israeli aircraft narrowly avoided a missile attack, leading to the suspension of flights from Israel.
The global proliferation of MANPADS, portable missile systems, poses a serious threat to commercial aviation. Around 20 countries possess or produce MANPADS, making them easily accessible to terrorists. These weapons have caused numerous crashes and deaths in conflict zones. Israel addressed this threat by developing anti-missile systems, such as the Flight Guard and C-MUSIC, which utilize radar and lasers to divert and misdirect incoming missiles. These systems have been certified and installed on various aircraft, providing increased security against MANPADS. While Israel remains the only nation mandating such systems, other airlines and VIP aircraft around the world have independently adopted this technology.

Forbes: Improving The FDA’s Regulatory Process Can Enhance Treatment Options
Around 8 million immunocompromised Americans are at higher risk of severe illness and death from Covid-19, yet they receive less protection from standard vaccines. Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) provided benefits in the early stages of the pandemic, but the virus mutations have undermined their effectiveness and the FDA has withdrawn authorization for all current treatments. The FDA should adopt a regulatory structure that allows for the development and updating of mAbs tailored to the latest variants, similar to how they approach the development of updated Covid-19 vaccines. This would lower costs, reduce development time, and improve health outcomes for vulnerable patient groups.

Some cartel members have quit or been killed due to the ban, and the cartel hopes to divert focus onto a rival cartel. Nevertheless, the supply of fentanyl is so vast that any reduction will take months, prompting the cartel to increase exports of other drugs.
