National Review: Why Daniel Penny Was Charged
Why Daniel Penny Was Charged
New York City's justice system is political, run by one party and subject to the whims of progressives seeing prosecutorial power as a weapon for achieving their race-obsessed vision of social justice. This is exemplified by the criminal prosecution of Daniel Penny in the death of Jordan Neely.

American Thinker: Let's avoid national blackouts
Let's avoid national blackouts
Biden administration mandates 80% renewable energy by 2030, 100% carbon-free electricity by 2035, and 50-60% of all vehicles produced being electric by 2030. With no study to determine electrical demand vs. supply, the U.S. may experience the same blackouts as occurred in Texas.

The demonic left's 'foot in the door'

Fox News: Conservative teenagers are generally happier than their liberal peers, study finds
Conservative teenagers are generally happier than their liberal peers, study finds
A study by Columbia University found that conservative teenagers are generally happier than their liberal peers, but the reason is unclear. The study compared depressive attitudes of 12th-graders from 2005 to 2018 between those aligned with conservatism and liberalism. It found that "conservative ideology may work as a psychological buffer by harmonizing an idealized worldview with the bleak external realities experienced by many." However, conservatives also report having higher levels of meaning in their lives due to factors such as religion and patriotism. The study and commentators also suggest that catastrophizing and a culture of denunciation among progressives may contribute to their higher levels of depression.

Liberty Nation: Biden Ambassador Burns Cozies Up to China
Biden Ambassador Burns Cozies Up to China
US ambassador to China, Nicholas Burns, has asked the Chinese government to shut down the illegal flow of fentanyl precursor chemicals from Chinese black-market firms to Mexican drug cartels. He hopes to convince Beijing despite Chinese criminal networks’ connections to government officials and the Chinese Communist Party. Burns previously criticised former President Donald Trump’s tough stance on China. However, his soft approach may stem from his involvement in the private sector, including his ties to the Cohen Group, which has deep business ties with China.
